    Be prepared to wait! I had a 2:10 appointment, receptionist…read moretold me last appointments are 2:30 but I should get there by 2:10 to avoid a $75 late fee. I arrived at the office at 2:10 and waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was then directed to another room and was told a nurse will be right with me. 45 minutes later a nurse arrived took down some notes, said Dr Danny will be right with me and left. 10 minutes later Dr Danny and the nurse came in. Dr Danny reviewed the Nurses notes, asked a few questions and left the room, basically a 5 minute evaluation. After an hour of waiting and a 5 minute evaluation I was billed $187. Not the kind of service I expected at all. Especially being told last appointments are 2:30. I had to miss a portion of my work day to sit around for an hour and wait.

This man expresses true compassion and kindness. On a more recent visit For some lumps I had got under my eye I was referred to Dr.Gorchynsky (I hope I spelled correctly) to remove these awful lumps and Iris. I was so scared i thought it was going to be so painful and nerve wracking but to my surprise Iris and Dr Gorchynsky was such a great team together and the both kept me calm it was so calm i could have feel asleep at the end. I must say I think they must all be Angels, I've never felt such a calmness at any Dr.s I highly recommend them all as well as the staff is very friendly & professional.

    I purchased a Groupon for microdermabrasion and called them to ask questions, but they didn't pick…read moreup the phone so I went to my appointment as scheduled. When I got there, the receptionist gave me a form to fill out and said I would be attended when my appointment time came. She was courteous enough and I obviously had no problem waiting. During the wait time, I noticed a woman walking back and forth and she would stare at me every time she passed. They were rather odd stares, but I figured she was just observing her next client so whatever. When my appointment time came, she came over and I said hello & smiled, but I didn't get much receptiveness from her. Not the best of starts, but here we go... Once in the room, she had me lay down and stared for a good couple of minutes until she said that my face was "too inflamed" to do a microdermabrasion. I had a few bumps on my face (as an acne sufferer) and this could have been avoided had someone picked up my call when I called to ask questions. I had a few scattered bumps, but not a face completely covered in acne either. Online it says the procedure helps with acne, so what would I know? That's why I called! Her tone the entire time was deeply condescending. I've NEVER had someone speak to me that way. Next up, she had other people come in to look at me. One of the girls was very nice, but I unfortunately do not remember her name. She essentially told me to get a pumpkin mask. Considering I had just gone through the worst cservice experience in my life, I declined. When I stepped out, the receptionist said she would schedule another appointment for me, so I sat down while she did this. Meanwhile, the woman with the condescending tone was chatting lowly with another employee while looking over every 5-10 seconds. 1+1=2. There are ways to talk to people, especially if you are part of a small business. I had ABSOLUTELY NO problem with her telling me that for a microdermabrasion my face had to be an exact way. I did have a problem with the tone, her clearly talking about me while the receptionist rescheduled and the fact that I did not have to waste my time had someone picked up the phone to answer my questions.

I am a kind of particular when it comes to my face, can you blame me?, and she went above and beyond. She also educated me on what would work for my skin, and how to improve my daily skin routine. Scheduling was kind of a pain, they tried to change my appointment to be with someone else, but I specifically wanted Elizabeth as most of the yelp reviews rave about her! And I am very happy I didn't let them change it. I will follow this woman where ever she goes. TIPS: DONT RESCHEDULE JUST WAIT FOR HER NEXT AVAILABLE I SWEAR IT'S WORTH IT.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk today was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment last Friday for today at 10:30 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, and waited. After some time, I was told by the receptionist that I did not have an appointment. I explained that I had called to schedule it and even showed my phone records as proof. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or look into what may have gone wrong, she repeatedly insisted that I did not have an appointment. When I suggested she check with the staff member who handled scheduling that day, she dismissively stated she didn't need to "have a conversation about something that never happened." At that point, the situation became less about the appointment and more about her approach. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional. When she said, "Anyways, so you were supposed to have an appointment at 10:30?" it felt dismissive and disrespectful--especially given that I was calmly trying to explain and provide proof. As a medical professional of 14 years, I understand that scheduling errors can happen. However, how those situations are handled is what matters. I would never speak to a patient this way, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism should be the standard. Because of this interaction alone, I chose to leave and not proceed with the appointment. It's very unfortunate, bc I genuinely think highly of Dr. Danek, but this experience with the front desk staff is enough for me to not return again unless it's rectified.
