It was pretty busy but we managed to stop at the stores we wanted like children's place and Victoria's Secret etc. they have a wide selection of name brand stores and also had a cute boutique that was going out of business they had some really nice beaded purses and clothing for sale. Overall, Ellenton premium outlets is a nice place to shop and has good prices definitely a better deal than your average mall.

Many of the stores are the same as the ones at Tampa Premium Outlet which I'm there all the time, but this store also has a lot of other stores that they don't have. He was most helpful on trying to help us find the shoes my daughter wanted and for us to take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off sale. The shoe was not available in store but he let us know it can be ordered and delivered to our home. With the help of I believe his manager, Alyssa we were able to find my daughter two pairs of shoes to her liking. Vince and Alyssa went above and beyond and provided us with such a great shopping experience. We did not feel rushed, they both were nothing but accommodating to our needs. This particular location does not seem to be as well stocked as other locations or perhaps it was just me or that I came in on a Sunday night just as Christmas rush was beginning. The staff was friendly, which I have come to expect from these stores. Ralph Lauren understands that shopping is beyond the simple act of picking up necessities, they strive to make shopping as much about the experience as the items purchased. Since the purchaser and I both have Saks accounts, I was aware that you are able to pull up transactions based on phone numbers. The associate that was assisting me before the interruption said she would get the manager, who was then able to pull up the receipt and complete the exchange.
