They installed a roof-mounted attic fan as part of the prevention that they knew was too large for the attic that completely shakes the house. I first asked if they could come out and look at what was going on, they said they would, then didn't hear from them for weeks before I had to follow up. The response to the follow up was that they'd refuse to come out to even look at it because they knew the fan was too large and the work was done for the previous owner, not me (despite installing it only 2 weeks before I called them). They told me I needed to do major construction on the house instead of replacing the OBVIOUSLY defective fan.
