In the summer of 2022, we had Neises Lawn Care & Landscaping install our turf. Because of…read moreCOVID-related labor issues, and the housing boom in the area, many landscapers were very busy. As we sought bids for our new house ( for work that involved final grading, application of planting soil in the beds, mulching of the beds and install of sod) we experienced landscapers not bothering to respond, visiting our yard and not following up with a quote, quoting high etc. From my first contact with Ryan Neises, things went smoothly. I had originally left a message on their machine and Ryan called me back later that afternoon. He came out shortly thereafter for the site visit and promptly presented his quote. His crew was able to start a couple of days earlier than expected. I felt that the crew did a careful job. The job took 4 days, and at the end of each day, they cleaned up before they left for the day. Even my neighbor, who has high standards, commented on the care with which the work was done. I had made some last-minute changes/additions and Ryan just adjusted the bill accordingly. The extra costs seemed reasonable for the extra work done. Even afterwards, on two occasions, I emailed Ryan with some questions about care and got prompt informative answers. Overall, I am very happy about the level of professionalism, communication and quality of work and would have no trouble recommending Neises Lawn Care & Landscaping to anyone. When I need more work done, Ryan will be the first person I call.

What makes Neises Lawn Care and Landscaping different from others? Bryan M. He is someone who is…read moreactually educated with a degree in this field. We live in a semi-rural area and there were no trees. I love trees and we have been planting them for nearly twenty years now. I recently purchased a few Pear trees from a local garden center. After several weeks they were not looking good. I also had Norway Spruce planted with the Pears. I reached out to Bryan with Neises and he explained what was going on, what my options were, and even what the long term prognosis would be. Assuming is never good. Don't assume that buying from a garden center that they know what is best. I did tell the garden center where I wanted the trees and they were very nice and the trees looked great. I had no idea they were planted too close together. Obviously, they didn't either. I will continue to use Neises for all my future landscaping needs, as long as Bryan is there. Knowledge is Power!

Happy with their services.

We have had well over 30 people stop and tour the patio and landscaping and of course Creekside is mentioned with an offer of your contact information. However, the best comment was made by 3 ladies who stopped, admired the finished product and said "talk about making a statement". Even our fur babies, Annabelle and Holly, love the patio. On Friday evening they took a self-guided tour of the upper and lower patios, walked up the stairs as if they were going to go in the house and turned and jumped off the side ledge and started playing. Finally the crew... simply wonderful! They made a number of suggestions that have enhanced the project such as additional step lights, river rock for better drainage and the placement of the plants and shrubs. I have attached a picture we took last night, but the picture does not show the entire finished product. Next year we will be seeking your help and guidance to finish the South side of the house along with the front which we hope can include a small Magnolia Tree. Once again, thank you for everything!
