When we went to Florida for a week and a half, I accidentally packed too little food. Jill called and said that she could have their food and it would be added to our bill which was no problem. Toaster has digestive issues when new types of food is introduced but it usually only last for a couple days so I was okay with her having different food. Jill then calls me and tells me she remembered her issue and offers to go out and buy a bag of her normal food. Wow! I was amazing at how willing she was to make sure that my pup felt comfortable and happy with her and the team. She definitely goes out of her way to make all of the pups and owners feel safe and special. Recently, we bought a daycare package with them and Toaster has been opening up so much, she's a shy gal. The ladies absolutely love her and she feels so safe and comfortable with them. They've been so accommodating of her timidness and even gave her one on one time for the first few days before putting her in with the group. We absolutely love HAFH and the team that works there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and engaging environment for their doggies.

When our 14 y/o was on her last days, he called us to explain what she was going through and told us what he did when his dog was going through the same issue. Butter's declaw left him with blood-stained feet and gaping holes for wounds. Butter was discharged from Lakeland Vet with ZERO pain medications, even after ending terribly. As a result from the declaw, Butter was taken to the emergency clinic in Fargo and another different local vet for reparations and surgical after care. We filed a complaint against Dr. Rose with the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine and are awaiting results.
