When we went to Florida for a week and a half, I accidentally packed too little food. Jill called and said that she could have their food and it would be added to our bill which was no problem. Toaster has digestive issues when new types of food is introduced but it usually only last for a couple days so I was okay with her having different food. Jill then calls me and tells me she remembered her issue and offers to go out and buy a bag of her normal food. Wow! I was amazing at how willing she was to make sure that my pup felt comfortable and happy with her and the team. She definitely goes out of her way to make all of the pups and owners feel safe and special. Recently, we bought a daycare package with them and Toaster has been opening up so much, she's a shy gal. The ladies absolutely love her and she feels so safe and comfortable with them. They've been so accommodating of her timidness and even gave her one on one time for the first few days before putting her in with the group. We absolutely love HAFH and the team that works there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and engaging environment for their doggies.

We arrived and saw that it was actually a business called Muddy Paws, which was next door. I explained what we wanted done and the (very unfriendly) groomer said it would be about 25 minutes. I noticed the pricing on the whiteboard for their services and a trim was reasonable, but a bath and groom for our dog would have been well over $150, which is too high (especially for the quality!). We were notified in 30 minutes that she was ready. Disappointed, to say the least. Her feet were the only thing done correctly and her face looked horrible. Her ears were trimmed too short and a little trimmed under her eyes, and that's all I noticed. If it had cost any more I would have demanded more be done. Do not take your dog here.

DO YOUR RESEARCH…read more We thought we had, but we were wrong. We searched to find someone in the area who would groom cats. Our sweet Bella had Matting on her so we made an appointment at a local groomers to get her refreshed. Upon dropping her off, Kellie made a comment to the girl at thw front desk that we knew she was most likely going to look a bit wild. THIS was not what we expected nor was the comment an invitation to SHAVE HER... butcher her is more like it. Not only could a toddler do a better shave job, you shaved down to her BARE SKIN in numerous places. An appointment we expected to take three plus hours, you had done in 45 minutes. It is pure laziness and honestly just negligence! Our happy, go lucky, talks all day Bella, is now traumatized and cut up. You didn't even have the courtesy to call us FIRST and ask if this was what we wanted. Upon further research, we see this isn't the first time someone has had an issue with your laziness. Do your job! If you can't or don't want to, QUIT. But do NOT push your laziness onto innocent animals who can't defend themselves or speak up. Because they may not be able to, but I PROMISE YOU, THEIR. PARENTS. WILL.

Flash is a 3 year old golden retriever who has struggled for much of his life with fear and anxiety that led to some dog aggression, and with a mind going a million miles a second never was able to properly walk with a loose leash. We had tried multiple trainers before with little success in treating his fear and anxiety, but we went through an evaluation and really began to understand Flash's perspective thanks to Emilee and Lucas. After two weeks of a board and train, Flash has been noticeably calmer at home and on our walks. Emilee did an outstanding job and is so passionate about the field of dog training, providing so many resources and suggestions to us. She made sure that we were comfortable with Flash's training and commands with a thorough go-home appointment, and followed up quickly with a (virtual) appointment to answer any questions that we have. We are sending Flash to day care once a week where we get updates on how he does and what was worked on. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great trainer!

My dog got kennel cough in less than two weeks of being at this facility, I am fairly sure it was from there because he does not go anywhere expect my house and back yard because he is reactive and thats why we were starting training. The vet said he should not be around other dogs for 3-4 week and the owner encouraged me to bring him back while he would still would be contagious! I doubt they told the other owners that are currently enrolled that there dogs were exposed to kennel cough! Because of thier very concerning reaction to our dog getting sick and how they handled it I don't want to take him back there and they are unwilling to give any money back for services that were not preformed and are unwilling to talk! please read that contract very carefully if for any reason your dog got killed or lost or anything nothing is on them and you would still owe them thousands of dollars.
