When we went to Florida for a week and a half, I accidentally packed too little food. Jill called and said that she could have their food and it would be added to our bill which was no problem. Toaster has digestive issues when new types of food is introduced but it usually only last for a couple days so I was okay with her having different food. Jill then calls me and tells me she remembered her issue and offers to go out and buy a bag of her normal food. Wow! I was amazing at how willing she was to make sure that my pup felt comfortable and happy with her and the team. She definitely goes out of her way to make all of the pups and owners feel safe and special. Recently, we bought a daycare package with them and Toaster has been opening up so much, she's a shy gal. The ladies absolutely love her and she feels so safe and comfortable with them. They've been so accommodating of her timidness and even gave her one on one time for the first few days before putting her in with the group. We absolutely love HAFH and the team that works there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and engaging environment for their doggies.

They allowed me to slip into an open afternoon slot, and were very accommodating and non judgmental even though I likely still smelled like tequila when I dropped my giant dog off at 1 pm. I would say, if you're expecting chipper snowflake service, don't go here. They're tired asf and it shows. They aren't rude, but they are to the point and often sound exhausted. I personally don't gaf about that; but if you do, go somewhere else, don't come here and make it their problem. Lol They did a great job on my dog, his nails were perfect, they did exactly what I asked for with trimming his regrowth without cutting him short, while still getting the "problem areas" short enough independently. I was met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. She set me up at one of their five huge grooming stations. . Shampoo, conditioner, and towels were provided. Leash hooks, rubber mats were in all tubs, and a shower head with a gazillion water settings. And, of course, a temperature regulator for the water. My tub also had an insert that raised my cat up to a comfortable level so that I didn't have to stoop for the duration of the bath. Easy. For the drying I had two choices: The drying crates in the back of the reception area or to dry Katten myself. The drying room had two large raised platforms that were covered in astro-turf. The dryer hoses reminded me of a smaller version of the car vaccum hoses at a carwash. ;) You could cover a lot of dog with these. The air temperature from the hose was perfect for any animal. I did my minimal dry grooming here also. It couldn't have been easier. ALL this for a very reasonably fee. The "Muddy Paws" salon was extremely clean. I did not see any fur anywhere, not in the tub, on the floor, or in the corners. I Am Very Impressed!!

We arrived and saw that it was actually a business called Muddy Paws, which was next door. I explained what we wanted done and the (very unfriendly) groomer said it would be about 25 minutes. I noticed the pricing on the whiteboard for their services and a trim was reasonable, but a bath and groom for our dog would have been well over $150, which is too high (especially for the quality!). We were notified in 30 minutes that she was ready. Disappointed, to say the least. Her feet were the only thing done correctly and her face looked horrible. Her ears were trimmed too short and a little trimmed under her eyes, and that's all I noticed. If it had cost any more I would have demanded more be done. Do not take your dog here.

He went from a very quiet home to now living with many (loud) humans and it was a hard transition. At the time we had also done many vet visits because we thought he had terrible allergies, he was biting his tail raw and licking his paws until they were infected. As his owner I knew I owed it to him to find a training center that he could grow and become confident in me as his owner and in himself. I did a lot of research and during the consultation meeting I asked a lot of questions because my dog is my family. After the first visit Emily said that she felt he was highly anxious and asked if we'd considered any anxiety medication to help him out. Turns out it wasn't allergies but anxiety! On top of that Koda did the four week board and train program making unbelievable progress. He's now able to ride in cars, go to the vet, and is welcoming to new people coming into our home. I could probably type all day about how amazing every staff member is at Smart K9 and how they are the best in town, but if you aren't convinced by now- go sign up for a consultation and see for yourself! My dog got kennel cough in less than two weeks of being at this facility, I am fairly sure it was from there because he does not go anywhere expect my house and back yard because he is reactive and thats why we were starting training. The vet said he should not be around other dogs for 3-4 week and the owner encouraged me to bring him back while he would still would be contagious! I doubt they told the other owners that are currently enrolled that there dogs were exposed to kennel cough! Because of thier very concerning reaction to our dog getting sick and how they handled it I don't want to take him back there and they are unwilling to give any money back for services that were not preformed and are unwilling to talk! please read that contract very carefully if for any reason your dog got killed or lost or anything nothing is on them and you would still owe them thousands of dollars.

She said 1 p.m. I asked if she was kidding...they were "running a little behind." I asked if they had started grooming her yet. They had not. I told them I would pick her up. The door to the back was not open when I dropped her off...when I saw the back, I was a little concerned. Not what I had imagined. Didn't appear as clean as I would like. Now, I have a dog who spent 2 1/2 hours in a strange place for no reason at all. She asked if I wanted to rebook...ha! If I could give it zero stars, I would. Very disappointing. Won't return.
