Truly a great dentist. He does an extremely thorough job with every appointment I've been to, which is definitely a plus. In addition, he also cares quite a bit about your dental hygiene, making you want to place brushing and flossing as a higher priority in your daily life. Also a plus. His genuine personality also comes complementary with each appointment. I recommend Dr. Lee! You won't be disappointed if you come here. read more

If you're looking for excellent individual or family dentistry, honesty, integrity and a person that has your best interest at heart. Your Best choice is Dr. Terrence O. Lee. (the "O" stands for Outstanding) I've been a patient of Dr. Lee since 1986 (yeah, he's been around for awhile, still looks like he just graduated College). But don't let the boyish appearance fool you. There is Good Dentistry and then there is GREAT dentistry. You get the latter with Dr. Lee, After becoming a patient, you're going to Love the dentist! As a child my mother took all her children to the Dental College for our dental needs. This was in the early 60's... Need I say more... After starting a family, I brought the children to Dr. Lee. Children are always apprehensive of the doctors office, mine were no different. But Dr. Lee has a great beside manner, he understands a child's psyche. Children being naturally curious, he explains what is going to happen and proceeds. The Treasure Chest helps too. My children are in their mid-twenties, are still patients. Dr. Lee is now my son's family dentist. So, if you're searching for a great dentist (individual or Family), Honest and truly cares about His patients, with a wonderful staff (Christine and Jennifer, Awesome, awesome people). Think Terrence O. Lee, D.D.S., and then get yourself over there. Best regards, Skeet S. read more

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Lee's for years, and I have never had a bad experience. I can get pretty nervous having dental work done, but Dr. Lee is so professional, as is the rest of the staff, and they are all very patient and friendly. The office is very easy to get to, in a safe area, and is very clean. The quality of the dental work I've received is top notch, and Dr. Lee and his staff always make sure I am comfortable and in as little pain as possible. Best dentist I've ever been to. =)

I have gone to Terry Lee for many years. It is because of him that I still have teeth. He always goes the extra mile to make sure a tooth is saved. Being elderly, I came with a lot of bad teeth baggage. If you care about your teeth Terry is the one to go to and if you care about your children's teeth, Terry is the one to go to. read more

I went to Dr. Terry Lee for the first time last week! My visit with him was a great visit to say the least. I felt more comfortable with Dr. Terry Lee than I did my previous dentist. I already have a good rapport with Dr. Terry Lee because we go to the same church, but I haven't been to him as a dentist before. He definitely makes you feel more comfortable and keeps it light. He's a funny guy too. It doesn't feel like just another dentist appointment when you go to Dr. Terry Lee.... He stresses the importance of brushing your teeth after meals and to floss daily. There were some things that he told me that I didn't learn from my previous dentist, such as the importance of brushing your teeth after meals, and how having food on your teeth due to not brushing your teeth after meals, could lead to gum disease. But yes, I think Dr. Terry Lee does a great job and I also would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a new dentist! read more

I have been going to Dr Lee for the past 22 years. I've also brought both of my boys there as they were growing up. He may not be a pedodentist, but he should have been! Both my boys swear Dr Lee never gave them a lidocaine shot in their lives - but they had! He's great in both education of what's going on in my mouth as well as the cleaning end. Extremely highly recommended! read more

Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 25 years. He is an excellent practitioner, an ethical dentist who won't upsell to you for things you don't need, he will give you excellent professional advice based on what is best for your dental health and your personal situation (age, health, finances). I trust Dr. Lee wholly, completely. After living in SF, in 1997 I moved to Burlingame, then Sunnyvale, Campbell, and back to Sunnyvale. I keep going to Dr. Lee. It's an hour up to The City, twice a year, and I keep going. When you find excellence, you keep going back. read more

Professional, accommodating, and very good chair side manners. His operating chairs are very comfortable and very relaxing. Between his operating manners and office, you are put in a very relaxed atmosphere. He explains your dental procedure and options. His staff is very good at finding your insurance requirements and qualifications. I have been going to Dr Lee practice for several years now. He was referred to me by a friend. Dr Lee attended to my parents and he is my children's dentist. In all I am very satisfied with Dr Lee and would highly recommend him to anybody read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for over 5 years. Dr. Lee is a top-notch dental care provider. He and his staff provide friendly, professional service and strive to make each patient feel comfortable. Dr. Lee makes his patients a partner in proper oral hygiene by raising their awareness about how to maintain the health of their teeth. The office is immaculately clean and well lighted. The dentist chairs have heat and massage vibrators if the patient desires additional creature comforts. Christine, the office manager, manages appointments, records & billing with utmost attentiveness. This is a dental office I would recommend to anybody who asks! read more

I have been going to Dr. Lee for over 10 years. I find him very conscientious and very smart with a warm, witty, friendly manner. I feel he cares about me and my teeth and always encourages me to keep on taking care of them so that I'll have them the rest of my life. He goes above and beyond what any other dentist has done for me-- an example of this is that he provided an opportunity for me to buy a high-end electric toothbrush at a very good price --this toothbrush has enabled me to have the best check-up I've had since I've been going to him. My teeth feel very clean! He's also not afraid to tell you bad news and if he can't fix it, he will refer you to the specialist who can. He has my strongest possible recommendation! read more

Dr. Terrence Lee is a very talented dentist. Aesthetically, my fillings were a perfect color match to my other teeth and looked so good! He is a miracle worker. He is gentle and works very efficiently with his assistant. His office is very clean and the chairs come with the option of heat and/or massage. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way for their patients. They take most insurance plans and are efficient and accurate in their billing. I was surprised when I came that Dr. Lee himself did my cleaning. It was nice to have his trained eyes taking such good care of my teeth. I know some dentists will encourage you to get more fillings becuase it is profitable for them, but I didn't feel this way at all with Dr. Lee. He's not super rough like other dentists can be either. He has been my dentist now for 3 years. I recommend him to anyone new to the area whose looking for a dentist. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Lee's for over 10 years (2002). He and his staff are always kind, thoughtful and sensitive to my needs. He NEVER tries to sell you unnecessary procedures. He is ALWAYS honest and wants to do what's best for the patient. He and Christine worked with me and my insurance company to make sure any/all services are covered by my insurance. He is truly in the business of helping people. read more

A total fraud, avoid avoid avoid! I saw Dr. Lee for a routine cleaning about two years ago, and he somehow conducted and billed me for an oral exam, which my insurance didn't cover. When I disputed this unwarranted charge, the office manager was completely unwilling to be flexible on this, and sent the outstanding balance to a collection agency (of course I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't ask for or need). I was willing to let this annoyance go, but now that I'm refinancing my mortgage and this blemish on my otherwise perfect credit report is an issue, I'm reminded of the fraudulent and unproffesional business practices at Dr. Lee's. Avoid this place unless you want to risk getting cheated! read more

I'm 18 years old and family and cousins have been going to Dr. Lee for as long as I can remember. The staff members are all very friendly and nice, and do everything they can to make things comfortable and convenient for you. Dr. Lee is very professional and patient, and sets small, easy goals for dental hygiene between visits. As a kid, doctors and dentists can be scary; but with Dr. Lee, I was never intimidated! Highly recommended! read more

I really dislike going to the dentist. That being said, since taking care of your teeth is very important, I'm glad to have Dr. Lee as my dentist. He's very conscientious, knowledegable, thorough and gentle (and has a sense of humor). He listens to your concerns, walks you through the process of your procedure and informs you about the pros and cons of any treatment being considered. He also takes the time to educate you on best practices for dental hygiene. The facility is clean and well maintained and his staff is friendly. I will never look forward to a dental visit, but I'm glad Dr. Lee is there to help ease my anxiety. read more

Dr. Lee is very professional and explains everything. He also listens. I've been seeing him for over 20 years along with my 4 children. When I became hesitant with x-rays for one of my children, he listened to my concerns and never made me feel like an over protected parent. His staff is great with the ins and outs of insurance. read more

I've never felt comfortable in a dental office as I'm a bit of a wimp; even the teeth cleaning visits are quite intimidating! So, when I went for my first visit with Dr. Lee recently (having switched from another dentist), I was feeling a little nervous. However, Dr. Lee immediately put me at ease. He has a very gentle and reassuring manner. He was very thorough in his evaluation of my teeth and gum health and made helpful comments throughout the process about best practices to maintain and improve my dental health. A good friend recommended I see him and I'm so glad I did! read more
