Many years ago, I had a root canal treatment performed by Dr. Wong, and thanks to his excellent work, that tooth has had no problems ever since. After moving to another city, I visited a new dentist due to other dental issues. During the checkup, I asked about the condition of that root canal, and the new dentist praised the quality of the treatment I had received. Later, another dentist tried to redo the root canal on my pain-free tooth and encouraged me to continue treatment with him for other problematic teeth, but I lost trust. Now, facing new root canal issues, I truly hope to have the chance to see Dr. Huang again, even though he no longer works in my original city. I would like to once again recommend this dental office to everybody. The quality of care is outstanding. The dentist as well as from the front office staff to the technician explains everything they're doing and everything that's going on. I have never had a bad experience at this office. If you are nervous person they understand. Dr Wong never rushes you always answers your questions as your sitting there. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do. But going to Dr Wong's office is a great experience and I highly recommend it. The front desk staff Jolene is very knowledgeable very helpful and always calls back to make sure that you understand when your appointment is. I love this office... I have been a patient here for 11 years and I have never left dissatisfied. Dr. Wong and his staff are warm and friendly and have treated me like family since day one. After moving back to the Bay Area, I found that my dentist had retired while I was away. I did a thorough search of dentists on Yelp and found Dr. Wong who had great reviews and his office location had plenty of free parking. My teeth cleaning was done by Dr. Wong and, his exam indicated that I needed a new crown and filling. Dr. Wong explained why the two items needed replacing by showing me details on the x-ray pictures. Dr. Wong performed the two procedures and took the time to explain each step as he went along, always asking if I had any questions before going forward. I was embarrassed to find out I showed up a week early for my appointment, and they took me anyway! I was already indebted to them for scheduling an appointment at the end of my work day even though I'm sure they would rather go home at a reasonable time. So, I'm sitting in the massage chair (yes, you heard me right), and the hygeinist does an extremely thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Wong comes in at the end to check the previous x-rays against the current state of my teeth. He also does a complete check for every kind of cancer known to man (jaw, throat, lymph nodes in my neck- you name it). Instead of rushing me out the door, they give me a full goodie bag in a zippered pouch, and we talk for a few minutes about my job, their kids, the news. What an amazing dentist and staff! Dr. Wong is my dentist for almost 4 years now since i change my dental insurance. i put my trust on my dentist especially when i dont know whats gonna happen once i open my mouth.
