I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, until I came to this dental office. I had my entire mouth reconstructed due to so many cavities. Dr. Yee and Dr. Arash were so incredibly accommodating to ALL my worries. I do not have dental insurance and they perfectly accommodated to my financial situation. During each appointment I had, they walked me through the entire process, gave my mouth breaks, and were very gentle. I'm genuinely stunned with how kind and caring this office is that I'm recommending them to my entire family. I, now, have confidence when I smile and I'm so happy with the work they've done. After being a patient here for the past few years I had to make a decision to recently switch dental offices due to these recent experiences at the clinic; 1. Prompting the dental assisting staff to upload my information as the teeth and x-rays they were showing me were of another patient. This raised a red flag as they didn't verify my name before starting. 2. Multiple redo's of x-rays because they were not completed properly the first time around. 3. During my procedure of getting 2 cavities filled the dentist kept leaving and coming back 4-5 times. Lack of attention to detail was evident as after the numbing wore off, the side of my teeth were rough and sharp. This had to be fixed and smoothed out at another dental office. 4. After getting a second dental opinion about the care plan of 8-9 cavities that were recommended at this office, I was told that I have great teeth and that there was no need to continue the changing of cavities. If you're looking for a transparent, reliable, safe dental office unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. read more

This office: -is run by an amazing doctor, Dr. Arash is terrific! -has a friendly and considerate staff -always made sure I was comfortable and ok during every procedure as they knew I had anxiety issues with the dentist -performed great work, my teeth look and feel so much better! -has pricing for procedures that was much lower than the other dentists I went to I have horrible anxiety around dentists due to some bad experiences when I was younger, I avoided seeing any dentists for almost 10 years.   I finally was forced to go to the dentist this year due to dental problems that could no longer be ignored and i chose this practice because of the great reviews. I could not have chosen a better dentist or practice, Dr. Arash and his team are amazing! I needed a crown replaced that had fallen off years ago, multiple cavities filled, a wisdom tooth extraction and other procedures as well.  During every procedure, Dr. Arash and his team were fantastic.   I told the doctor about my anxiety at the dentist and the whole team was very considerate of my comfort level, everyone always asked during every procedure if I was in pain, if my anxiety level was ok, if I needed a break to relax, etc. etc.  I never would have thought I would consider a dentist visit to be something I would not dread but Dr. Arash and his team were just so friendly and nice that I actually began to feel comfortable during my dental visits.  Dr. Arash was extremely considerate of my budget and time frame for fixing my teeth as I needed a lot of work done.  Dr. Arash sat down and took the time to explain to me the work I needed done, explained the procedures, showed me what needed to be done on the x-rays, etc. etc.  He came up with a treatment plan that was financially viable for me and that took care of my urgent needs first.  He also took the time to explain the different options I had for my teeth that fit within my budget. This is BEST clinic that I have ever gone in my life:) They are hard working professionals! People in the clinic are so nice and they would like to know ALL your concerns regarding going to a clinic/ experiences with teeth cleaning or extractions. Don't hesitate to let them know! For new comers, they would also prepare a cleaning kits for you to bring home. I did my wisdom teeth extractions with Dr. Arash Zadeh and I really like him, I never feel any pain with him even get numb for my mouth. I have just feeling nothing during the process and my all scariness went away. They would make sure you understand the process and recommend you the best option on your financial aspect and health conditions. I went there because I got the Groupon coupon the $69 cleaning that also included the X-Rays, the cleaning was not good at all but they told me I had cavities so I decided to give them another chance thinking that maybe the cleaning was bad because it was a Groupon deal,but they would do a good job with other procedures, But it wasn't like that at all, they have bad dental assistants with out practice and knowledge, I also have to say Dr.Arash is good but he hardly takes time to really take care of a patient he goes back and forth check in all the patients at ones so it makes it hard to give them a good service. We recently retired to travel in our motorhome and I wanted to find a dentist in the San Francisco area since we will be visiting family here quite often. Rather than fight parking issues downtown, I searched Daly City since there is ample parking and less traffic there. I found Dr. Zadeh and the Westlake Dental Care Center on Yelp and he had great reviews; happily, the reviews were very accurate. First, Dr. Zadeh has a professional appearance and possesses a very calm and reassuring demeanor. I was a more than a little anxious because I was overdue for my cleaning. He did a very gentle and thorough examination and cleaning, and then developed a sensible plan of care based on my individual needs and concerns as well as my dental insurance benefits. His office has very modern equipment and I was able to see on a monitor the actual work that was needed to preserve my oral health. Over the next two appointments he replaced several very old fillings and after his painless numbing injections (he numbs you with a topical first), I had absolutely no discomfort. The results have been great and I will be returning to him regularly for check ups and any further work that must be done (I probably have a crown in my future). His entire staff has been friendly, competent and accommodating, from the office staff to the dental assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Zadeh. read more

Dr. Arash and his team were very sweet and professional. I read some bad and mostly good reviews before going in but my teeth are so horrible and I was in so much pain I was willing to spend all the money in my pocket. Although I did end up doing that, I still was given a VERY generous markdown and financed the remainder. I don't have insurance and thought I was covered under a parent's, but the wonderful receptionist and Dr. Arash tried to work with what I could afford without extracting my teeth. Additionally, I was really worried about going to a dentist because I hadn't gone in 15 years. I hate having contraptions in my mouth, drills, and such, but Dr. Arash asked beforehand to see what he could do to make me comfortable. My anxiety was particularly off the charts as well because I hadn't slept or eaten due to the pain. I felt completely taken care of and because he would explain to me his reasonings and procedures I felt calm. Some people have complained here about how he runs back and forth between patients and how the assistants don't know what they're doing, but take into consideration that he fits in anyone that needs help (like myself who made a last minute emergency appointment), and his assistants are still training with him to be better and he seems like a great teacher to me. Also, they are willing to learn, listen attentively, and have good customer service. Bottom line, Dr. Arash and the team work their butts off and I will be going back. I wholeheartedly appreciate people who work hard. The entire experience and practice made me feel assured and safe, and as I left they encouraged me with their plans to get me back to having a healthy set of teeth. Which I never prioritized before. Well when I was little my front tooth fell out and came back slightly crooked. My mother asked my dentist should I get braces for it but my dentist said no need it will move back just from my lips. Hello my lips are not braces. So ever since then whenever I wear lipsticks which is almost everyday as an adult woman...the lipstick will smear on my front tooth. I have so many embarrassing moments when my friends will have to let me know to wipe my lipstick off my tooth whenever I smiled. So last year I final decided to fix it once and for all...got invisalign. Dr. Arash was so nice and gentle with my needs, I also chipped my front tooth. I am half way through my invisalign trays and I can already see the difference in my front tooth.
