I couldn't really remember what to expect from my first tattoo, so I was excited, but a little anxious. Maegan was amazing from start to finish. I sent her some ideas the day before and when I went in, she was patient and it was clear she wanted me to be comfortable with every detail. You can see right away from the vibe of the place that it is just somewhere fun to be and you quickly feel relaxed and comfortable. There were several other tattoos going on at the same time and all the artists were so professional and kind. I went to a studio in NYC and they told me that the jewelry they put in my ears had nickel in it which is why it wasn't healing properly. I expect that if i'm paying a premium for better jewelry, that it wouldn't have a toxic metal in the jewelry and that the pericer would know bette... even I know better. it's day 3 with new jewelry in (titanium and gold) and they have already started to heal.
