Lee Spa Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

I went in Christmas eve for full set ombre acrylic. The guy was very quick , too quick ! He was a bit messy and left residue on a few nails . The next day they were already coming up from him putting them too far up on my skin. Two of them were about to pop off . I went back after calling after the holidays , maybe a week later . They told me to come in and they would fix them. I did. And a few days later two of my nails came completely off. I do not work or use harsh chemicals. I was actually towel drying off while one popped off and the other just came off. I didn't call back but I will not ever go there again. Had it not been the only place open where I was at Christmas eve I probably wouldn't have used them then. By far the worst nails I've ever had done ! Even after "fixing " them . Prices are terrible for them to come off and look like crap . 65$ down the drain. So embarrassing at Christmas parties. Don't use Hollywood or Christine read more

Lee Spa Nails - nails that popped off. I actually did one myself as a fill in so that it didn't look terrible . I glued the one on that's in the pic - Nail Salons Near Me - Ridgeland, Mississippi

Be aware they are a scam. My 87 yr old mother went there and asked for the Basic pedicure as shown on the picture it's $28. When she was done 20 minutes after they charged her $65. She told the male didn't do the $65 and she requested the $30. I spoke to the manager and the mgr stated they don't have a $30 Basic Pedicure yet it's posted and on yelp the price list was updated on August 17, 2025. read more

I used to be a frequent customer of Lee Spa when I worked in Northpark Mall. It has been years (6-7) since I've come into the nail salon. I love the updated appearance and they have some modern details. Their prices are a bit higher than other salons, but I've always expected this due to location and convenience. The staff is pretty stable with many faces still inside that were there when I first began going in 2011. If you go during peak hours and weekends expect a longer than usual waitlist. Otherwise, they can typically get you in and out due to the many technician they have there. There are a few of them that are very well-skilled in nail designs while some others are subpar. They are all very personable and they remember their clients well. I wasn't happy with my nails but I needed them done quickly before I left the state. I went in on a Sunday around 1:00pm and I didn't come out from getting a manicure and pedicure until around 4:30pm. I only plan to again if it's a last resort. There are some other places that can do a better job for a cheaper price. read more

Kimberly did great with my pedicure, hence the two stars. Thanks girl! My manicurist on the other hand was so rough. I asked for dip on my nails and they are all supposed to be one color not ombré. I had to ask her to drill off the excess dip that was on top of and around my cuticles. I finally saw that she was just being lazy so I gave up. My fingernails are so WIDE. They are all the size of my thumbnail. $110 was a waste. My time was even more expensive. Never again. read more

Shona did my nails today! I told her I wanted black and gold for my graduation from Southern Miss and she immediately had an idea in mind, which is good because I'm VERY indecisive!! This was the fastest removal of an old set and new acrylic set I've ever gotten. And I did not sacrifice quality for speed; my nails came out beautiful. High marks as usual! read more

I believe this is like my 6th time coming to this place and it is always professional with a clean setting! It is never really a wait. The price may be $4-10 more than the average spa but it is definitely worth it. Like 4 of my friends already go here. Made me a Thursday appointment. read more

I arrived at 2PM and was immediately taken to a seat for my manicure. I showed the lady a picture of the ombré nails I wanted and she recreated them perfectly. This was my first time getting ombré dipped nails so I had several questions and she happily answered all of them. I'm very happy with my experience at Lee Spa Nails! read more

Where's the below one star rating? In my HISTORY of getting mani/ Pedi this is by far worst experience especially when I decided to bring my fiance daughter with me for Mr. Keith and Maykayla day. From the moment of noteea sanitizing bowl, to me asking the person here name she responds to me "No name" Ok, I'm thinking this is a joke... Ha Ha.. again I ask serious what is your name? Her reply "No name" i said ok.. No name means no tip.. she replied "I DON'T CARE!" It wasn't until she damm there took my meat off my toe... I said I can really take my business elsewhere... and without apology... they said you can leave.. I'm new to Jackson Ms, but these business owners are going to realize the value of a customer. To anyone who will witness this or read this... they have to understand who's dollars give them an opportunity to be successful in this country. I will not let one individual ruin a race of good business owners... but this is why it's important to do business in your own ranks... Very Very POOR!!! read more

I got my nails done not even a week ago and they started peeling off and just grose now. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Thing is i asked for GEL NAILS. Highly disappointed read more

The staff is very friendly I will say, but I am not satisfied with the service AT ALL! I've given them so many chances because I'm new to the Jackson area but I never leave happy. After so many disappointments I have decided to just not go anymore. My nails always break, polish always chips, the price is ALWAYS different even though I always get the same things done. read more

I brought my 16 year old niece who was visiting from out of town to this establishment. I've been here before and I'm accustomed to them asking for payment mid service. I attempted to tell the tech that was doing her nails that I was paying and she rolled her eyes and walked off. I ignored her rudeness and walked to the station she was working at to tell her. She proceeded to speak to another tech in her language. After I paid she snatched the receipt from my hand hard as heck. I have never been so disrespected in my life. When my intentions were to only let her know how payment would be rendered. I will make sure not to ever step foot in that establishment again. Regardless of how convenient it is for me. read more

Had a horrible experience here...they DO NOT know how to do nails..DO NOT COME HERE..my nails were not shaped the way i asked, was rushed to pick a color, and just put under the dryer..just don't go there looking to get your nails COFFIN shaped! read more

Horrible! Rude! Rough. Disrespectful. Poor full set. Rushed. Did I mention disrespectful? Walked out paying for something that I DIDNT leave with. The woman that did my nails has poor ass customer service. This place won't be in business long. Good day read more

Before I moved, Lee Spa Nail was the nail salon I used. I recently visited the salon and it was the worst salon visit ever. Rude workers and bad service. They only got one star because I had to give at least one star to post this review. Unprofessional from the OWNERS to the workers. I will NEVER visit this salon again. read more

Very Rude!!! I read the previous reviews and that's the only reason I came here. The technician was rude and didn't want to do anything. Told me they didn't have the color I showed her and I clearly had to point it out to her. Then she said she couldn't do a simple multicolor nail. I just paid for pedicure and left. I'll NEVER be back! She rushed through my feet and the salon wasn't even busy. Worse place I've ever been. Will not go back. They must have new techs there now. But clear case of UNPROFESSIONAL. Then they charge like you're in Hollywood. I don't mind paying for services and customer service but they will never get another penny from me! Tony was very nice, but the damage was already done. read more

This place is not proffessional at all. First of all the workers and their kids were reclined in the spa chairs and one of them was made to move so I could sit down. The kids were loud and so were the workers. The guy who did my feet used a pumice stone that felt like concrete. He scraped both my ankles and took a hunk of meat off the top part of my heel. I had to ask for a brandade bc I was bleeding then he stuck my opened wounded foot back in the dirty water. My heel is now infected. I would post pictures if I could. I should not have had to pay $35 for someone to take my skin and hurt me. I scar easily so I am sure something that was supposed to be fun and relaxing will scar me for the rest of my life. FYI I have four kids so don't think I dislike them. This is supposed to be a place of business and be proffessional and it was not this is why this place does not even deserve a full star but it did not give me that option.... Beware and do not go here. Oh and this place was not clean by any means. read more

Very rude and lazy. Too sorry and pathetic to take off all acrylic when it split in half. Just patched it up. I cud see the line and tech just slammed money down for refund when I asked him to redo it. Horrible!! read more

Terrible terrible terrible service !!! Very rude and disrespectful. The 2 MANAGERS were rude for no reason! My friend and I came to get our nails done and we called first and asked if they accepted tiger bucks , the manager said yes they have a machine , after we got our nails done before he did our pedicure we gave him our jsu id , he said they don't accept it , then he said well the machine is broken so we can just pay with another card . We didn't have any other cards so then we asked what we could do , HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE MY PHONE OR MY 300$ purse . I said no I need my purse and my phone but you can take my id or watch or something valuable and I'll bring you the money but he insisted that I had to give him my purse or phone . Then they said they were just going to cut the nails off so I said ok . They purposely took the paint off and cut the nails very very very short , shorter than my natural nails and it was very ugly so I would have to go to another shop and pay more for the acrylic to come off , they didn't want to soak my nails . Not to mention that I had my nails done already when I came in so my nails looked worse leaving than what it looked when I came in . When I tried to speak to the manager on my way out about the incident to ask if I could speak to his boss he said he didn't have a boss and he ran the shop . He also told me that he had been talking to me for 20 minutes so he was done and he put his headphones in and cut the conversation off . I just feel bad for the person that did my nails and couldn't get paid , and then he had to take them off after knowing he wasn't getting paid. After we left we found out the manager was lying and he did have a boss . So we will be calling the boss . If I could give them zero stars I will . We just wasted 3 hours of our time . read more
