I went in Christmas eve for full set ombre acrylic. The guy was very quick , too quick ! He was a bit messy and left residue on a few nails . The next day they were already coming up from him putting them too far up on my skin. Two of them were about to pop off . I went back after calling after the holidays , maybe a week later . They told me to come in and they would fix them. I did. And a few days later two of my nails came completely off. I do not work or use harsh chemicals. I was actually towel drying off while one popped off and the other just came off. I didn't call back but I will not ever go there again. Had it not been the only place open where I was at Christmas eve I probably wouldn't have used them then. By far the worst nails I've ever had done ! Even after "fixing " them . Be aware they are a scam. My 87 yr old mother went there and asked for the Basic pedicure as shown on the picture it's $28. When she was done 20 minutes after they charged her $65. She told the male didn't do the $65 and she requested the $30. I spoke to the manager and the mgr stated they don't have a $30 Basic Pedicure yet it's posted and on yelp the price list was updated on August 17, 2025. read more

I used to be a frequent customer of Lee Spa when I worked in Northpark Mall. It has been years (6-7) since I've come into the nail salon. I love the updated appearance and they have some modern details. Their prices are a bit higher than other salons, but I've always expected this due to location and convenience. The staff is pretty stable with many faces still inside that were there when I first began going in 2011. If you go during peak hours and weekends expect a longer than usual waitlist. Otherwise, they can typically get you in and out due to the many technician they have there. There are a few of them that are very well-skilled in nail designs while some others are subpar. They are all very personable and they remember their clients well. I wasn't happy with my nails but I needed them done quickly before I left the state. I went in on a Sunday around 1:00pm and I didn't come out from getting a manicure and pedicure until around 4:30pm. I only plan to again if it's a last resort. There are some other places that can do a better job for a cheaper price. read more

Kimberly did great with my pedicure, hence the two stars. Thanks girl! My manicurist on the other hand was so rough. I asked for dip on my nails and they are all supposed to be one color not ombré. I had to ask her to drill off the excess dip that was on top of and around my cuticles. I finally saw that she was just being lazy so I gave up. My fingernails are so WIDE. They are all the size of my thumbnail. $110 was a waste. My time was even more expensive. Never again. read more

I arrived at 2PM and was immediately taken to a seat for my manicure. I showed the lady a picture of the ombré nails I wanted and she recreated them perfectly. From the moment of noteea sanitizing bowl, to me asking the person here name she responds to me "No name" Ok, I'm thinking this is a joke... Ha Ha.. again I ask serious what is your name? Her reply "No name" i said ok.. No name means no tip.. she replied "I DON'T CARE!" It wasn't until she damm there took my meat off my toe... I brought my 16 year old niece who was visiting from out of town to this establishment. I've been here before and I'm accustomed to them asking for payment mid service. I attempted to tell the tech that was doing her nails that I was paying and she rolled her eyes and walked off. I ignored her rudeness and walked to the station she was working at to tell her. She proceeded to speak to another tech in her language. After I paid she snatched the receipt from my hand hard as heck. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Before I moved, Lee Spa Nail was the nail salon I used. I recently visited the salon and it was the worst salon visit ever. Rude workers and bad service. Very Rude!!! I read the previous reviews and that's the only reason I came here. The technician was rude and didn't want to do anything. Told me they didn't have the color I showed her and I clearly had to point it out to her. Then she said she couldn't do a simple multicolor nail. I just paid for pedicure and left. I'll NEVER be back! She rushed through my feet and the salon wasn't even busy. Worse place I've ever been. Will not go back. They must have new techs there now. But clear case of UNPROFESSIONAL. Then they charge like you're in Hollywood. I don't mind paying for services and customer service but they will never get another penny from me! This place is not proffessional at all. First of all the workers and their kids were reclined in the spa chairs and one of them was made to move so I could sit down. The kids were loud and so were the workers. The guy who did my feet used a pumice stone that felt like concrete. He scraped both my ankles and took a hunk of meat off the top part of my heel. I had to ask for a brandade bc I was bleeding then he stuck my opened wounded foot back in the dirty water. My heel is now infected. I would post pictures if I could. I should not have had to pay $35 for someone to take my skin and hurt me. I scar easily so I am sure something that was supposed to be fun and relaxing will scar me for the rest of my life. FYI I have four kids so don't think I dislike them. This is supposed to be a place of business and be proffessional and it was not this is why this place does not even deserve a full star but it did not give me that option.... Terrible terrible terrible service !!! Very rude and disrespectful. The 2 MANAGERS were rude for no reason! My friend and I came to get our nails done and we called first and asked if they accepted tiger bucks , the manager said yes they have a machine , after we got our nails done before he did our pedicure we gave him our jsu id , he said they don't accept it , then he said well the machine is broken so we can just pay with another card . We didn't have any other cards so then we asked what we could do , HE SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE MY PHONE OR MY 300$ purse . I said no I need my purse and my phone but you can take my id or watch or something valuable and I'll bring you the money but he insisted that I had to give him my purse or phone . Then they said they were just going to cut the nails off so I said ok . They purposely took the paint off and cut the nails very very very short , shorter than my natural nails and it was very ugly so I would have to go to another shop and pay more for the acrylic to come off , they didn't want to soak my nails . Not to mention that I had my nails done already when I came in so my nails looked worse leaving than what it looked when I came in . When I tried to speak to the manager on my way out about the incident to ask if I could speak to his boss he said he didn't have a boss and he ran the shop . He also told me that he had been talking to me for 20 minutes so he was done and he put his headphones in and cut the conversation off . I just feel bad for the person that did my nails and couldn't get paid , and then he had to take them off after knowing he wasn't getting paid. After we left we found out the manager was lying and he did have a boss . So we will be calling the boss . If I could give them zero stars I will . We just wasted 3 hours of our time . read more
