The experience with the office staff is likewise very coutreous, professional. The staff is available to help answer questions and to adjust dates and times when needed. The voice of Dr. Pollack answering the phone with a recorded message in his own voice reveals the personal, caring touch that this establishment provides its patients. The only issue I have here is there is one person checking everyone in, and this is a very busy office. Paulette, I believe her name is, is the person in this role. She needs to stop loudly complaining about the "new computer system" and speed up her own processes. The long wait to check in is due to her need to kvetch to the other woman(who checks you out), and Paulette does it with every patient. Most of the people seen here are elderly, and if you arrive later in the day, they will be quite backed up. Plan accordingly. I love Dr Ram, and all of the clinical staff.

She was taken back by the fact that we had to fly back from Florida because no one could be reach on the phone to re-up my prescriptions. When she is with your all her focus is on you and the issues at hand. None of that talking to you while running out the door. Secondly, she doesn't over prescribe. And each medication is reviewed for effectiveness and dosage. But mostly l like her bed side manner. Extraordinary! So few doctors these days possess this extremely important part of patient care. Dr. Lane truly cares for her patients individually. I am so glad l found her and am in her practice. (Also, scheduling is a breeze and there is very little wait time before you're taken in.)
