He responded to my request promptly, provided a reasonable estimate based on the scope of work and based on the photos I provided of my house. Mario scheduled a time with me as when he could perform the work. On the morning he was to arrive, Mario messaged me to request if he could be here a little earlier than the scheduled time and that he was only about 10 minutes away. I agreed. Mario was very friendly and professional. He performed the tasks as I requested in about 30 minutes. Mario told me a little about his company and asked me to keep him in mind if I required any other service in the future. Mario did not try to UP-SELL me on any additional services and stayed focused on the scope of work.

My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet. So I researched around for someone and came across the reviews for McToolman. Kevin was quick to respond, set up an initial consultation that worked with our schedules, and send us a quote. We were fine with the quote and scheduled for Kevin to make the fix. Kevin came as scheduled and made the repair very quickly. We texted & called them to help & they said it would be $3400 to repair it. We posted a negative review & they offered to fix it as they wanted our review to go away. We appreciate them agreeing to fix it at no cost but then their top roofer didn't fix it properly (see video). The owner assured us the job was done right this time but we learned in conversations they did not put flashing on our roof & didn't repair any with the new roof either. Two months after the attempted repair the leaking got worse so we contacted other contractors to assess & learned they just piled up sealant & added a screw (see video). Now we have to pay $6500 to repair it. Mike McNally is ignoring my calls as is his son. We selected them over another roofer & we regret it. No flashing. Just slapping down shingles. Ridiculous. Incompetent. Nice people but this is wrong.
