Once the technician arrived, the technician looked at the pipes for 30 seconds and said there is nothing they can do till the pipes thaw out due to being frozen. This is something that could have been mentioned through the phone call during making the appointment. However it seemed like a ploy to just get money out of a consumer because not only was I charged $95 just for someone to tell me what i told the company, the technician then offered a space heater at a rate for $550 an hour. I decline the heater, placed my own space heaters inside the boiler room, within the hour my boiler was thawed out. I found the issue on my own and fixed my boiler.
