I was having a problem with a sink backing up and no other plumber could resolve it. Everyone snaked it and left. Plumbwell thoroughly researched the issues and stayed until the issue was resolved. Turned out the sink wasn't the issue. They came on their scheduled time. Jack and Andrew (brothers) were pleasant and honest. They gave me a cost estimate before they started the job. Very Reasonable Prices. It took over 3 hours to research and repair and they were determined to resolve the problem. They were neat and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend PLUMBWELL. It's hard to find a plumber to call, especially in an emergency. They were helpful from my first phone. Understood my urgency, explained their schedule and was able to fit me in the next day. They do all plumbing services, Installs and repairs. Give them a call.

Companies like Plumbwell seem to be in the business of up selling and price gouging. Needless to say, we will not be calling them ever again. The only positive thing about this company would be the secretaries who answer the phones. Quite lovely people.

This review is in addition to a review I wrote about a different job Platinum Plumbing did for me…read more After 7 years or so I once again called on Platinum Plumbing for a project. Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

Long Story Short：They charged me $500+ tax for adding 2 gallons of antifreeze!…read more I'm leaving this review to share a clear, factual experience so others can make an informed decision. I contacted this company to inspect our plumbing because I was concerned there might be a leak. I wanted a professional assessment, and if an issue was found, I would have scheduled repairs. In the end, the invoice came out to $500 plus tax. And for that price, the work performed was minimal: they told me to turn on the faucets and let the water run (something I had already done), and they added two gallons of antifreeze. That's it. At roughly $15-$20 per gallon retail, the materials were a small fraction of what I was charged. They charged me $500+ tax for adding 2 gallons of antifreeze. I was told the service was $250 and the plumber could waive the service call for me. I was also told the company "could have charged $700-$800," along with repeated statements like "if your pipes burst, it could cost thousands to fix." I understand the risks of winter plumbing, but that kind of messaging felt more like pressure than professional guidance. The invoice itself was also concerning. It listed "winterization" across multiple areas, but in practical terms the service amounted to pouring antifreeze. When I asked for a straightforward explanation of the pricing, the plumber became dismissive and said the company should block my account. He also referred to me as a "one time customer," which made it clear they were not interested in transparency or a long term relationship, only collecting the payment. For context, last year I paid under $300 for a similar inspection and a legitimate winterization, including using an air compressor to blow water out of the lines. That step was not done this time, even when I suggested it. I'm not someone who expects free service. I'm willing to pay a fair rate, especially in winter. But the gap between what was communicated, what was performed, and what was charged, combined with the way my questions were handled, is why I can't recommend this company.
