Whoever gives the store good ratings must've gotten lucky honestly . Over the past 2 years I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because as a health care worker I understand everybody's human and have bad days but I keep quiet anymore . Firstly Customer service is horrible . They talk to each other the whole time and don't say one word except what color do you want . Not even thank-you after giving a tip , which I always give at least bare minimum despite the service and quality . They leave paint on your skin and polish smeared. Today I asked my tech to re-do a nail and she sent me to someone else to "try" to fix it instead of starting over . It's as if they only know how to do quality work if your getting acrylic and paying a lot of money . I will be reporting them to the BBB bc clearly they don't care about giving quality service . I have tried this place a few times since they've opened and some experiences were okay and some were not so great. Today I had the most amazing pedicure I've had anywhere in a while. The technician from the start went above and beyond. I explained it had been 2mo since my last, I work too much, I'm always on my feet (sounds familiar for most lol), and my spouse and I took "vacation" time just to catch up with our kids and ourselves lol...so today was day 1. I told her to do whatever she thought was needed...I literally closed my eyes and probably was completely out here and there. I did their $45 wax pedicure. She was very thorough and would go back to fix anything she missed along the way. Definitely worth it and I will go back to her again! read more

They have the right idea as far as how nice and clean the inside of this place looks and the pedicure chairs are very nice, however the quality of both my gel manicure and deluxe pedicure was below mediocre and for the price I was expecting something amazing. My gel manicure is lifting and its less than a week old. Also the silver glitter turned yellowish. Maybe I had a bad technician but not worth trying again. I can save $10 going down to Landstar. i had a picture inspo and i've had these nails done before and it was done with no problem. so i decided to redo them cuz i missed them and so i come in today to get them done and i show him the picture and asked if he was able to do it and for how much. this man said $90?!?! i got charged $55 last time i got them done. so i asked him how much would it be without the diamonds. he narrowed it down to $75. if you look at the picture the base is nude with the design. he made my nail pink and the design looks awful. im very very very upset and i can't even look at them. it's upsetting. like if you simply can't do the design. don't. do. it. id rather find something that they can actually do then have them try and it looks like shit. he also cut my ring finger. i really don't recommend. read more

Walked in hoping to get a regular mani/pedi. Took me right away. Appeared very clean & masks were worn. My technician redid a couple of nails as they weren't up to her standards....I greatly appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. I'd highly recommend! read more

Had a 12 pm and heard the owner tell receptionist that it didn't matter that I had an appt people waiting go first. I decided I would wait max 15 min just in case I misunderstood the conversation. Almost 15 minutes and a lady who was there before me walked up to ask how much longer and they told her another 10 minutes. I got up and walked out. Worst pedicure and manicure I ever had for $72. I haven't given less than 20% tip for as long as I can remember but I only gave $8 on $72 and I hated to give that. I paid for the hot stone pedicure and the stones weren't even used a minute on each leg. Maybe heels were barely touched and they needed badly. The manicure took him 5 minutes and it was a horrible job. Needless to say i live a mile from there but definitely won't be going back. Terrible customer service. I don't even want to give this place one star let alone five. It's no surprise they weren't busy. They talk to each other and barely pay attention to their customers. I had questions and could barely get a word in. I had to actually interrupt their conversation several times to ask normal questions about colors, etc. Then they nickel and dime you for everything. My nails aren't even that long and they wanted to charge me extra for the "length" on top of other ridiculous fees. I told her to forget the nail polish and just finish taking my dip polish off and she charged me $10...for what exactly?!? I work in customer service and would have never made an unhappy customer pay, especially $10 for simply wrapping someone's fingers in cotton balls and tin foil. You're way better off doing your own nails then going to this place. Not to mention your experience would be better. read more

I came to get dip on my nails. The price was $40 so that was so-so however I looked at their other services/prices and they are definitely more on the pricey end. However, I'm willing to spend more money if there's great quality. Initially when I walked in, it was very weird. My appointment was at 2:15 and they were running late. While I did love the color of my nails and the shape, I told my technician that I wanted it super short. She kept them longer than I wanted. I kept telling her I wanted my nails shorter and you could tell she was annoyed (it's still too long). When she was drilling around my cuticles, I began to have pain. My nails are a little too sharp around the edges. And there are little white specks on my nails. Every manicure above $17 gets a hand massage. She massaged my hands for literally (and I mean literally) 2 seconds. I'm not sure I will be coming back. Overall my nails look nice but the service was just strange. read more

I came here for the second time. Worse experience than the first. When I walked in, the male technician was very rude and rushing me when trying to pick a color. They have the colors on fake nails instead of bottles of polish to choose from. He wanted me to take one (and they had many) with me to start with my pedicure in a hurry. I told him but they're all different and he argued with me and said "No, I work here, I know they're all the same". But they weren't. So that was rude. He rushed me to get started but I had to wait anyway to fill the water. I chose the Deluxe pedi with which you're supposed to receive a free glass of wine or champagne and he never offered me either. He was rough on my feet and hurting me and I had to ask him to be gentler. I chose a sparkly color that looked very shiny on the fake nail but on me, it looks very dull. He told me that color is difficult to use but that's not my fault. Definitely overpriced for what it was and I will not be going back. Not a relaxing experience which is what I was needing. They need to remove that business and put a Starbucks or another shop there. Please!!! read more

If I can rate this place 0 I will, I came in yesterday December 10th 2020 to get a gel mani and regular pedi done . I was very satisfied with my regular pedi but my gel mani was horrible. After getting my gel mani done my nails still felt weak and I mentioned to the woman who did my nails " hey my nails feel weak my nails never felt this weak after getting a gel mani " she goes : give it a few more days then your nails should go back to being hard .. I believed her and kept it moving . The following day my nails were still weak and I just felt like " okay I'm going to come in and just cut them because it doesn't look like my nails are going to get any stronger.. after I took a shower I came out the shower and one of my nail polish came off . Now I seconded guess it .. okay it's not me ? It's not my nails being weak . It's the nail polish. So I go back to Lee nails and salon and I told Kiki .. the situation again and I told her I will like to remove the gel I'm going somewhere else .. she goes ahead and removed somewhat of it .. then she places me with the manager he removes the rest of my gel . Once he removed it I asked him will I be getting a refund for just the gel mani . This uneducated man gets very loud with me .. I asked in a nice way . & he tells me no go to the other place you said you were going . I told him there's no policy on the wall for no refund .. and I mentioned to Kiki yesterday before I left that I wasn't happy with my nails still feeling soft and he still said it doesn't matter no refund . Btw I have Asian in my blood I understand Asian language I'm very mature to not cause a scene and come out of character . But do you know how it feels like sit there having my nails dipped to nail remover and having the employees talking shit about you? Pretty messed up . To put the cherry on top of the ice cream . I said if you can't give me a refund what can you do to make me happy at least . Because I didn't want to lose the money neither . He said nothing you're wasting my time . You paid for what you got I took it off for free . There's nothing I can do . Not even hey let me see if we can try doing this or that . I paid got it take off and not even a effort from them to finding another solution or a refund . I would've be going to this place anymore .
