This place was dirty ,the owner lee was extremely rude. The girl that did my pedicure was sweet but when she said she was finished it looked like a three year old did them all nails uneven globed on polish cuticles had paint on them and weren't trimmed properly, the whole experience was a waist of time time and $. I asked if I could come back and have a more experienced person redo them ! I was hovered over and rudely told not to come back she no need my service! I had walk around embarrassed about my feet I took a picture and sent it to my sister who is a published author on nail technology. She said that's what makes people want to pay more money for professionalism. If you go to these sweat shops that do nails make sure they use a sanitizer for their tool and the person has a Ledgement license. It took three weeks for my infected ingrown toe to heal after I asked her not to tug and my nail after it was clipped. read more

Went in for a mani-pedi, and I was horrified to see that they do not clean their equipment at all! They rinse and scrub their cheese grater in the water I was soaking my feet in, clippers were pulled out from a rolling cabinet along with the cuticle cutters and whatever it is they use to clean the underside of your nails. I did not see them sanitize their equipment before or after use. Very disturbing and I am just hoping I do not get an infection or catch some disease. Other than the sanitary aspect, they do a good job in painting the nails and doing French tip. However, Id rather go to a clean place where I know they clean their tools and for $70, it is NOT worth the stress. read more

A few weeks ago I returned for a manicure/pedicure and took along a friend of mine who wanted just a pedicure. I had Christine this time and she did a wonderful job. My friend, who owned a nail salon of her own at one time, had a different Tech. Christine started mine first and was still working when my friend was already done. After we left, my friend told me that her Tech used instruments that had not come from a sterilizer fluid and she did not get all the detail and attention that I got from Christine. I've since been back for a second manicure with Christine and am very happy with my results. I've reduced my rating because of my friend's experience. Looking at the other reviews, it seems to depend on which Tech you get whether you have a good or bad experience. I like the salon and will continue to go back but I will make appointments with Christine or Ricki. The atmosphere is soothing with soft music and comfortable pedicure chairs and they have lots of colors to choose from in both regular and gel polish. UPDATE: I have been back many times and have never seen again the tech who did my friend's pedi so I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5. read more

We went to Lee Nails based on the ratings. What a disappointment! My daughter was getting married so we went there to get nails and pedicures. Although the pedicures were good the rest of the experience was awful. The owner that did my daughters nails literally got up and walked out of the salon after doing her nails. He literally said nothing. Then, the woman that did her eyebrows was rude but also burnt my poor daughters eyebrows and the side of her lip. What a disaster....we went to have delightful mother daughter day and it was anything but that. We left with an outragyly over priced bill (250.00) for two of us and my daughter was in pain and was getting her pictures done for then wedding with the skin burned off her eyebrow. Then to top it off a nail broke that evening. Worst experience EVER! read more

What a awesome nail place, I recommend using Tammy she did wonderful she was very attentive and took her time and care to my nails best set of nails. She actually painted on my French manicure InsteAd of air brush. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Eye brow waxing awesome , also done by Tammy. My boyfriend and I went to Lee nails while we were on vacation. A local hair dresser recommended it when I couldn't get in anywhere else. So we were basically walk-ins. The pedicures were good but while we were sitting there waiting for my polish to dry a couple of other people walked in to get pedicures. I was mortified to see both nail techs wheel their tool cabinets down a couple of chairs and start the other pedicures. The clippers and cuticle cutters were not sanitized before they started. YIKES! I am completely freaked out now because I know that you can catch all sorts on incurables from contaminated clippers and cuticle cutters. read more

Came here with my husband for a manicure and pedicure. Michael did my nails and did a great job. The polish stayed on for a week. My husbands experience was not as great. The woman cut his nails and cuticles so short they bled. I Decided to come back for another man and pedicure with Michael and also to get some waxing ( bikini, lip, chin). Ended up with the person my husband had. Bad experience. She started off yawning and seemed like she didn't want to do the job. She was on her cell non stop.. Yes during the wax. Didn't have supplies in room so had to leave 3 times. Cut strips for face so big they covered half my face and she was rough, messy, got strip caught in my hair. Left so much hair on my chin had to get it redone. My bikini was done sub par. She clipped my skin so many times with tweezer it was worse than the wax. Maybe others here are better. Just not a good wax experience. However, the high ratings are for Michael! Follow up. Decided to speak with Tammy the owner about waxing and she was so sorry and fit me in to fix what was not done correctly by one of her employees. She was professional and polite. Way to go for being responsive and caring what your customer thinks. For this I'll change rating from 4 stars to 5! read more

While the prices and the customer service seem good or above average, both myself and a good friend contracted toenail fungus during the same month as our pedicures. Needless to say, we're positive we got it from the same place or Lee Nails since neither of us tried on any shoes at shoe stores or went anywhere else for a pedicure during that month and our infected toes looked very similar. So unless you want to get a toenail fungus that takes months to grow out and/or cure...I would stay away! read more

This place is the most disgusting nail salon that I've ever been to. Not that it was dirty, but more of a "treat women like dirt" disgusting. I walked in at 9:10am on a Thursday morning. Despite the strong odor of acrylic I decided to wait the 5 minutes (as the owner stated) for 2 nails to be repaired. I had big apple red gel from opi on my nails, so I grabbed it off the shelf and sat down. During the 30 minutes that I sat there, I witnessed this nasty owner speak to mostly all of the women employees in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Some of these Eastern European women looked frightened. The Asian women were appalled too. Now it was finally my turn. Another mangy looking man ordered me to his table and proceeded to apply thick, i could care less how they look acrylics to my 2 nails. He ordered me around and was very nasty. I had to bite my lip many times. When he was done I asked if he had nail polish rather than gel? (My nails were way to thick for gel). And he firmly said no. So I said okay let me go and find a similar red. I returned less than a minute later to find another women's my chair. So I stood there and he said "you're ready now madam?" This horrible and rude man who made believe that he didn't understand a word I said was able to insult me with sarcasm. I slammed the polish down threw the $6 for the repair and gave the owner a piece of my mind and walked out. In addition to the treatment and the crappy job, the place does not comply with sterilization and sanitation. The tools were in dirty barbicide. No cleaning was done after the pedicure and not everyone that worked there had a license visible. Guess those were the scared illegals. Stay away from this place. Beware!! read more

Oh my gosh. The whole time I was in the place it was miserable. First, I walk in, theres no sign in sheet, which resulted in 2 people going ahead of me to get nails done. I waited around an hour before getting to a nail chair. When I finally do, I am asked what I want, I told him, and he asks if I already had a color picked out. I hadn't, because I hadn't decided whether I wanted gel or not. He rolls eyes at me. I ask if he would like me to go pick the polish now, he says no, he will do my acrylics first. He is very rough and completely ignores me when I say the nail is crooked. Uncomfortable to say the least. Does absolutely nothing that is not completely necessary, like cleaning up around the nail/trimming/cleaning up cuticles/lotion, etc. Then I am told to go wash hands and pick color. I get up to do this and find a woman, who ends up being the one to paint my nails, behind me as soon as I walk to the color wall. I pick up the first bottle to try to decide and she automatically says "Thats good, we will use that." I respond, "Well, I'm trying to decide.." She kept being insistent until I followed her to a seat. Uncomfortable and annoying, again. Then when she paints a nail, the polish is extremely light and I made a comment so she (acting frustrated) gets up and pulls a (much) darker color for me and paints it on, I tell her its really dark. She goes and pulls a bright pink (I was looking for a nude color) and so I am feeling pressured so I just pick the first color, which seems to annoy her as well. This all could have been avoided if you let me pick my color in the first place. She is painting, I accidentally knock a nail on her hand, and she rolls her eyes, scoffs loudly and angrily tells me "Don't do that again! I don't have time for this!" I was floored. How unprofessional, not to mention rude. I just looked at the employee sitting next to her, who quickly looked at the floor. NEVER returning. I feel bad for the good employees at Lee's who have to be pulled down by workers like these! read more
