I've been to this salon 3 times so far. It isn't the best, but it isn't the worst. The location is large and well lit and they accept appointments. With that said, even with an appointment, it will be hit or miss how long you wait. I've had a few occasions where I got in right away, and some where I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes beyond my reservation window. They have plenty of chairs for pedicures, and will send customers to sit and wait, but sometimes they fill the water for you to soak your feet, sometimes you just sit until they get to you. I've had 3 different nail technicians. 2 of them seemed to be in the 20 - 23 year old range, and I felt it was unlikely they have had any formal training. One cut my middle finger nail far too short, and it hurt for a few days but luckily didn't get an infection. Their menu of pedicures is varied, but the prices are steep. If you are going to come here, I'd suggest just getting the plain pedicure, and see how you like the service. I won't go out of my way to come here, but it is close by, so it is a last minute decision-type place. read more

Update: the polish on my right foot all came off with a tissue. My daughter and I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon. They had one other customer in there. Maybe that should have been our first clue. I asked for the collagen pedicure. Rio, the technician was rough, fast and applied too much pressure. He started by taking off my polish with a Dremmel. I thought it was strange but it has been years since I had been there and thought that's how they took their polish off. No, I found out when I checked out that he charged me $5 to take my polish off. When I questioned it. I was told it was due to having gel on my toes. I did not and had regular polish there for him to put on. Part of my package was wax- he had me dipped in wax for 3 minutes. 3. It didn't even harden during that short time. The worst part? It's been 2 hours and my polish is still wet and of course, my polish is ruined despite having my flip flops on. I have NEVER experienced polish being wet 2 hours prior and after sitting under the dryer. My daughter liked her technician but the wax was put on after her gel was applied and was only in the wax for 3 to 4 minutes as well. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and go somewhere else. Unfriendly and didn't do a good job. I treated myself to the more spa pedicure which is the more expensive option. I thought it would be more than just a basic pedicure which I received. I was hoping he would spend more time massaging and making sure my feet were smooth but he did not. It was the quickest pedicure I had. It was a very cold day and the warm cloths he had wrapped my feet and eventually my legs in turned cold quickly. They were left on my legs for a long period of time making my legs cold and uncomfortable. They were rushing and therefore had to redo the pain a few times. I spent at least 45 minutes waiting for them to dry after they re applied paint several time. The pedicure was absolutely not worth the $40.00. I will not be returning. They're usually hit or miss here but this time was a huge miss and I won't be back. Had a 6:30 appt for 2 pedicures - they were running behind and had lots of waiters but no big deal. The person I was with was started first and their service went relatively smooth. When my tech finally came to me she was not friendly and ended up doing a horrible job. She cut my nails too short on the small toes. She left sharp edges on the nails. She didn't use cuticle cream before cutting the cuticles. She barely (and I mean barely) scrubbed my feet with the pumice. She lightly went over the big toe and the left and right side of each heel. She didn't pick up my feet to get the back of the heels. She spent no more than 30 seconds on each foot. The scrub and lotion on the legs was a half of an attempt to pretend she did it. Then, the painting... She didn't use toe separators and I didn't notice until I got home that it looked like a 6 year old painted them. There is paint on the sides of my toes and around the edges of the nail. There was also pieces of cotton sticking to multiple toes - in the polish. When she was done she didn't say anything and didn't direct me to the drying area or attempt to take my payment. I went to the drying area and after sitting for a minute had to ask someone to turn the drying lights on. When I was ready to leave I had to wait at the counter for the tech that waited on the person I was with to come up. She took the payment for the services. In hind site I should have said something right away about the whole process and missed steps. I just wasted $30. read more

Honestly I was on vacation and needed my nails done ASAP! Came here since it was close to the hotel. First off, I felt like I was in a dialysis center being here. I was told to go to chair 11 with some dude. I got dip powder. Today my pointer nail chipped. This is not the first time I do dip powder and for me the dip powder always lasts up to 3 weeks. This happened on the 4th day. He did them too thin AND I believe used uv gel top coat which I thought was super odd. Dip powder is not supposed to use anything that requires drying. It was all very odd to me. To add, none of my nails were the same size. He cut my thumb nail down and didn't even bother fixing the other thumb nail. These are my real nails too. When it came to the design. I had to keep changing it because she didn't know how to do designs just a little simple stuff. I'm not a simple chick I like extra designs and if you can't do it then say so. Don't try to make the customer happy if you can't do something. tell them upfront that you can't do it and then that will make the customer happy. Honesty And not trying to con them over there money. And now with the eyebrows, I told her I got my eyebrows done a week prior so you just have to take tweezers and clean them up a little bit no wax. Sho goes on with the wax anyways and when she did my right eyebrows she said oops and said she took too much off and botched me even more. Never again am I coming here! Gigi did my gel removal and gel manicure. Did a great job. Took about an hour. They give a 6% discount for cash. They take credit card with ID BUT it's worth noting that they only take cash tips. Given that I called before hand to make sure they took credit cards I wish they would have mentioned that cash tip is the only option. Definitely call ahead of time. Only 3 hours after getting my nails done, my tips started peeling back. After 24 hours, almost every tip has polish peeling. I paid for gel, I have a feeling the white polish used was not gel. I can still see the base coat underneath is still on my nails. Very disappointed tonite! Took my 24 year old niece for a full set of gel nails prior to her engagement pictures. She took a picture showing just how she wanted her nails to look. The male technician did a horrible job!! No two nails were shaped the same, there was gel on the skin surrounding the nails on "every" finger, and he cut her ring finger. When she was done she paid $47 plus a $6 tip but she wasn't smiling. I strongly suggested she tell him nicely about the bad job. She did. He was quite unhappy! He asked her if she wanted "coffin nails" and preceded to redo her nails. Now the index finger on one hand is pointy, the pinky is fat, the thumb still shows gel. What a disappointment!!!! Disappointing visit to Lee Nails. It was busy when I came in so I expected to wait a little bit.... Did expect to wait over an hour to get basic gel/shellac especially when multiple people came in after me and were taken almost immediately while I sat in "chair #3" waiting. I finally got the attention of an employee and complained and then they said I would be next. It was 1 hour and 8 minutes (checked text message times to confirm) before someone started on me. Then, the man assigned seemed annoyed that he had to do mine and did a very fast sloppy job (less than 15 mins total). The picture I uploaded is literally minutes after they finished and I walked out to my car. It has gel paint all up on my cuticle and also looks like it is already grown out a week. I went there with a huge bridal group. For starters we had our appointment booked well far in advance. We get there and they tell us we can only get 3-4 girls done at once, which meant our group was split in half-ok no big deal right? Well I went first with the girls then the other group left and came back in a half hour. I used to come here because it's close to my office and I could get in and get out over lunch. Unfortunately, I've had negative experiences the last two times that I don't think I'll be coming back. The last time I came, I decided on a whim to do a pedicure in addition to a manicure. The woman assured me that it would take 25 minutes to do the whole pedicure - she took 45 minutes for the pedicure, then moved me over to let my feet dry but just ran off to another customer without telling me how long to wait or checking back in with me. After another 15 minutes had gone by, I finally got up and left, then as soon as I put my shoes on, I realized that the polish wasn't dry and had all rubbed off. $30 and an extra hour of my time had been wasted. Most recently, I came in for a basic manicure. I walked in, told them what I wanted, and immediately, the guy at the front said, "what color do you want?", as if he was rushing me to hurry up. Had an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance for 3 friends to get manicures and pedicures. When we walked in they acted like the had no idea, but told us our seats after a moment. We Picked out polish and sat down in the pedicure chairs. It was busy and looked like they had taken a lot of walk-ins and now didn't have enough workers. We sat there for half an hour with no one coming by or even starting the water to soak our feet. When we tried to ask they just ignored us. So after 10 more min we just got up and left.
