We treated ourselves to the Volcano Luxury Pedicure, and it was absolutely incredible. This year, on our way back home to Miami, we made sure to stop by again--and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, which made us feel so special. Even more impressive, they remembered us from our visit last year. Once again, we enjoyed the Volcano Luxury Pedicure, and it was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. The massage chairs are unbelievably relaxing, the service is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. If you're looking for a place to pamper yourself and enjoy outstanding customer service, this salon is a must-visit. We can't wait to come back again next year!

The Polished Nail is simply the best nail salon and spa in the entire area!…read more I rarely write online reviews unless a business is exceptional. The Polished Nail is most definitely exceptional in every way and is deserving of highest praise and commendation. The nail artists are outstanding in their skills and talents, carefulness, and desire to please and accommodate the needs and requests of their clients. The salon is impeccably clean and the atmosphere is quietly relaxing and lovely. The staff and artists are wonderfully welcoming, respectful, and kind. I regularly go to Polished Nail for gel or dip manicures and also for the deluxe pedicures. My manicures and pedicures never chip and it is obvious upon visiting the salon that the nail artists are meticulous about their work and focused on gratifying their clients with beautiful nails. Cuticles are always perfectly and gently trimmed, feet and hands carefully smoothed and moisturized, and nails clipped and/or filed to the specific length and shape described and requested by the client. In addition, the leg and foot massages with warm stones are amazingly relaxing and soothing. Again, every detail is handled with precision and skill and I have been to no salon where satisfaction of the client seems so important to the owners and artists. I have had the pleasure of Linda being my nail artist for almost three years when new ownership of the salon began. (Note that reviews prior to three years seem irrelevant since this wonderful salon changed ownership at about that time.) She is outstandingly talented and always pleasant in providing her services. I have often taken guests with me to the salon and they have repeatedly complimented the services of the other artists as well. I have been to many nail salons through the years, mostly in the Chicago area. I have never received better manicures and pedicures. The owners of the Polished Nail are deserving of being commended for their expertise and the excellence they have brought to their business.

One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in a long time…read more I came into The Nail Lounge at Coconut Point for a repair on ONE nail after having my nails done there just last week. Instead of taking care of a returning customer, I sat there and watched 3 people (whom arrived after me) get seated before I did. Not one employee acknowledged it, explained it, or seemed to care. The complete lack of respect for customers time is unbelievable. If someone spends money at your salon and comes back because a repair is needed, the least you can do is treat them like their business matters. Instead, I was made to feel invisible. After being ignored while multiple walk-ins were taken ahead of me, I finally got fed up and walked out. And I will never be back. Honestly, this is one of the reasons so many people are giving up on nail salons altogether and learning to do their own nails. People are tired of paying premium prices only to be treated as if their time and loyalty mean absolutely nothing. There are too many salons competing for business to tolerate this kind of service. If customer service matters to you, I would look elsewhere.

The owners station was right next to his and she reassured me it would be all good. needless to say it wasn't ok. I ended up going to some other salon to have it fixed and treatments because it was so messed up. So I am out of pocket $500 now. The manager Jess contacted me via text and ask why I gave a bad review on their site. I told her and she asked for a picture so she could talk to the owner. I sent the picture and have never received a reply.
