It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son. Regardless, I'm still leaving 5 stars because of the excellent price and quick service.

A few days later, I noticed water leaking inside the car and initially thought it might be due to the windshield install. I called them back, and they didn't hesitate - they came out, inspected everything, and found the leak was actually from the sunroof drains, not the windshield. Even though it wasn't their fault, they still helped fix the sunroof issue and made sure everything was dry and working again. That kind of support after the job was done is rare. Highly recommend them -- not just for the install, but for standing by their work and helping customers even when it's not technically their problem.

We hired Edmond Kitchen & Bath ("EK&B") to do a complete remodel of our kitchen and powder bath…read more There is no other way to say it other than to say they are top notch. Their work completely exceeded our expectations and the contractors on site were fantastic. We are elated with the results. Neil is an absolutely great carpenter. He is a perfectionist and he will spend whatever time he needs to ensure the job is worthy of EK&B's reputation. Scott was very reliable, we never had to worry if he or the other contractors were going to show up, and he always does a professional job. We were very pleased with his work and his approach. Robert was also great. He oversaw much of the onsite construction and checked regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns. As for Brenda and Megan, well what can we say except that they are the creative keys to a successful project. They helped us every step of the way, offering ideas for our kitchen that we would have never thought to do. They asked the right questions and helped lead us to great choices, much beyond the scope of our original expectations for the remodel. And they provided much more than creativity. Their attention to detail was evident at every meeting and in the Project notebook they created. Everything they do demonstrates true professionalism. We prepared for the final walkthrough by going over the work several times to see what was needed. We only found a few items, which were expeditiously corrected. But when Brenda did the final walkthrough, she added a couple items that we did not notice. She then had these promptly corrected. This is as good an indication of their insistence that the job be of absolutely perfect quality as any praise we can offer. If you want a fantastic job done, you need look no further than EK&B. But the proof of our satisfaction is that we will be contracting with them to remodel our utility room and bathrooms.

Talked to Matt...he had a gemologist that did an actual appraisal of the jewelry's worth. So to say I've spent *thousands* of dollars in Swan estate sales and auctions is not an exaggeration. Today they had a sale with some boxes of baseball cards. Of the nine boxes of cards I grabbed, five boxes had *two* stickers that said they were $10. Four had $20 stickers. I asked for a ticket of sale and the man said they were all $20 each. I showed him a box that had two (*two*) $10 stickers on it and he said it was $20 and the stickers were wrong. I put down all nine boxes and told the guy he should remove the stickers that contradict the price he's telling people. He said, "yeah." And started removing the $10 stickers from the boxes that weren't $20. Long story short, Swan does not honor their own stickered prices and will not be getting another cent from this once faithful customer.
