I felt the price was way too high for what they did however, the manager called me and explained everything which was very nice of him.. I still feel that the diagnostic fee they charge, especially if you're having the work done there Is way way too much. I had no choice but to pay it being on the road. We were in the market for an Expedition Platinum in Glacier Gray, which is a new color and hard to find. I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Well, I was in the middle of a 4 hour trip yesterday and had car trouble. They were not only helpful over the phone, they listened to my situation and managed to fit me into their schedule with very short notice to diagnose my issue. They were not able to fix my car the same day, but they did communicate timely, and everyone from sales to service was SO nice and accommodating. They even gave me a ride to a rental car company. I was on my way to Delaware July 16, 2021 when my card started shaking real bad . I stopped at this Ford Dealer . They were on top of things. The guy came out and said he was glad I stopped when I did because the belt had separated in my tire. The tires were dry rotted. They put 4 new tires on for me and I was on my way. The whole staff there was wonderful. August 9th O received a check for $9.44. They said they over charged me On tax. I have never had this happen, what honest people. I was very supprised. Good luck getting work done if you didn't buy your vehicle from lee ford. I have had my truck in the shop for a week for a regular service as well as 2 repairs. The total cost of all work is $5000. They will not give me a loner vehicle during the estimated 3-4 weeks of work because I bought my truck from a different ford dealer. After a week of being in the shop they didn't even do the service because they wanted to do the more expensive repair first. Now I am getting my truck back without a single thing done to it and an entire week of bumming rides to work with coworkers for them to say no read more

Took our F150 truck in for service for a recalled part. Picked it up and two ladies in service department acted disrespectful about my last name. I can take my new car needs elsewhere also. As the service manager stated he did call me and he did offer to refund me a portion of the bill which was fair. He refunded the cost of the part (an evap canister valve), the cost of labor for installing the part (which as I suspected was billed at the standard service time of .35 hours, and the disposal fee), so a little over two hundred dollars. It still cost me nearly three hundred dollars for a certified ASME automotive technician to squirt WD-40 into my gas fill which should have taken about five minutes and about twenty cents worth of WD-40. This is merely a patch as the entire noozle will eventually need to be replaced as the original design of the cap less gas fill by Ford has been a noted disaster, I believe they have rectified the situation with their newer designs. With that all being said, he also stated that if he had been there this problem would have never have occurred (he was out sick that day, according to him). I have two issues with this, one if you need to be there so your employees don't screw your customers, you have the wrong employees, Henry Ford stated "quality is doing the right thing when no one is looking". Secondly, since the full price was quoted to me first thing in the morning after I had dropped my vehicle off around four the afternoon prior, this makes me think that the charge is typical for replacing the evap canister valve, which means what you refunded me should have been the total cost minus the amount of plugging the truck into the computer which was an additional 100 dollars, so I was still going to be overcharged two hundred bucks either way. Most places will give you a discounted rate on the diagnostics if you actually get the work done at the dealership as well, but no. The fact that the evap canister valve did not fix the problem should had lead to a higher price than originally quoted, but it didn't since the price was already excessive. I will also state what I told the manager, what would have happened had I not had the ability to determine that I had been overcharged and that I was a single mother with three children? It is just poor business, nothing more needs to be said. Going to Fayetteville, NC next weekend to pick up our new 2017 Explorer that I should have been able to buy from Lee Motor, but we know that wasn't going to happen after this event. read more

Service Department: Let me first say, we did not have our car repaired here... this review is only about price. I am sure they do quality work. Need a new AC compressor in our Ford Freestyle. Lee Ford quoted us $2300.00. We drove a few miles down the road to Williamson Auto Repair and they quoted and replaced the compressor for $1,080.00. It is a month later and the job Williamson Auto Repair did is great.... no problems and works! I know the dealership usually cost more but that is a HUGE difference in price. My wife and I just had our oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. We keep our Ford for a long time so we also had the brake fluid and coolant changed. The service person was prompt, nice and seemed like they cared about us. The prices are similar to most service centers. I thought they would be more but they weren't. We've bought 8 new Ford / Lincoln / Mercury vehicles from Lee Motors over many years and they've been tops in both sales and service. In the beginning we had a 77 mile commute one way so racked up the miles quickly over 14 years driving hybrids and larger cars. Along with many business trips to DC area. Now we're driving more like 6000 miles a year each on 2 Fords. We tried some other local Ford dealers for service but Lee is the best we've found, and their service is fine.
