The pre-owned salesmen here are an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I drove an hour to get there

It was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I take my cars there regularly for service and maintenance. The service people are always polite and willing to answer any questions. I've never had an issue with them finding a problem with my cars, even if my description of the problem isn't very good. They are quick, I've never been there more than 2 hours and that was for some major work being done. Hubert Vester Honda is the best!!

I'm glad made the short drive to Wilson from the Raleigh area it was well worth it. Quentin, our sales rep, was very helpful and treated us well. He actually was over at Toyota and helped us look at the new RAV4, but when we talked about the CRV he said let's go take a look at one. Nice benefit of them having multiple manufacturers in the same area. He was awesome and it was just like hanging out and looking at cars with your friends or neighbors. Also, shout out to Brayson the sales manager. He was also very nice and at no point did I feel like there was any pressure or tension. It was more of a situation where it felt like everyone was there to facilitate and not just trying to extra money. Everyone there I talked to was personable and friendly. Great experience and plan to go there for our future purchases.

Found my car online through AutoTrader and Michael Barnes (Internet Sales Manager) and Erin DePriest (Internet Sales) helped me negotiate the deal over the phone SWIFTLY and gave me a VERY fair price on the new car and worked with me on my trade-in. We hit a small glitch in the negotiations but Michael acted swiftly and took care of everything in minutes. I drove in the next day with my trade-in, Marshall Heckman (sales) helped me with the final inspection of my new car and Karen Godwin had all my paperwork ready to go. In and out I was done and on my way home in my new vehicle in UNDER and hour!!! They are over 100 miles away from my house but they made this so smooth and painless that I would do it again tomorrow! Thanks folks for the GREAT Experience!!! We will be doing more business in the future! Highly recommended!

If you like to get scammed, you're gonna love Medlin Buick GMC. If I could give this place less…read morethan 1 star I would. I visited Medlin Tuesday July 30th to look at a used 10 year old Lexus SUV. I was working with the salesman Robert Harrison. I inspected the car, then took the car for a test drive with Robert. Robert was trying to convince me it was better to buy a brand new GMC, than a 10 year old Lexus. I disagreed. He could tell I was a serious buyer and mentioned that he wanted to get a deal done before the end of the month, which seemed reasonable to me. Because of this I spent an hour or so calling around Wilson for a mechanic that could do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the Lexus before I bought it. I always get a pre-purchase inspection from a third party before buying a used car (and you should too) just to make sure there are know unseen mechanical problems with the vehicle. I finally got an appointment for the next day with the local Toyota dealership (Toyota owns the Lexus brand) to do the pre-purchase inspection. Robert went over the sale numbers with me and took my insurance info to have the paperwork ready when I came by the next day to take the car to the PPI. Before I left the dealership Robert asked if I changed my mind, or anything came up, to give him a call and let him know. I said I would. I live in Durham which is a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Medlin and if I wasn't going to come by it would be easy enough to call and let him know. I arrived on Wednesday the 31st at Medlin at the scheduled time to pick up the car and I thought it was odd that Robert was not there when I walked in. Usually when a salesman is itching to sell a car they are right there to greet you as you walk in the door. I asked for Robert and was told he was at lunch and would be back soon. I thought that was odd. So I walked out to the used Lexus I was going to take to pre-purchase inspection and after a few minutes Robert walked up with a pizza in his hands smiling. He said he meant to call me 10 minutes earlier because someone had called the dealership and bought the Lexus and already had wired them the money. I thought he was joking. So I said I needed to get going because it was almost time for the PPI appointment, but Robert said his story of the car being already sold again. He said they could have only held it for me if I had put a $5,000 deposit down. After spending over 2 hours with him the day before this was the first time I was hearing anything about needing to put a deposit to hold the vehicle. The Lexus had been sitting on the lot and advertised by Medlin for over 3 months. Never once did Robert or his sales manager mention to me the day before about putting a deposit to hold the vehicle, even though it was obvious I was a serious buyer. Once I realized that Robert was not joking and that they sold the car 10 minutes before I got there and didn't even bother to give me a call, I was floored. It was great that Robert didn't even apologize or anything for wasting 2 days of my life. I turned around in disbelief and walked back to my car. Robert said to my back, "Well, if there's anything else I can help you with just let me know." I didn't turn around and reply because I knew if I did the words I was going to say were not going to be polite. I'm actually glad it worked out this way, because I don't want to give those people any of my money.

I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Morgan is genuinely kind and caring and impressed us so much! I would recommend her highly for everyone in the area.

We had an appointment at our local dealership for the following week to have the sound system looked at; we decided to check it out on our way back home, at Hubert Vester Chevrolet, in Wilson, NC instead. At the dealership, Ronnie Clark told us that usually, there were no technicians available on Saturdays, but there was one there that day (Saturday 11/20/2021). He checked with the technician, who was willing to see if the problem was minor enough to fix on the spot. He agreed to look at the car. I was thrilled! After a few minutes, Ronnie returned and informed us that the amplifier was the problem but was not in stock, and there were a few software recall items that the technician could solve that day. We agreed, and the work began. I received a text which allowed me to track the progress of the work. After about forty-five minutes, Ronnie returned with an update. Two of the software updates were complete, and the last one would take some additional time. We agreed to wait. Ronnie later checked back with us and informed us that there were issues with the update that needed additional help. He assured us that the technician was working on the issue, but it would take more time to complete than they initially thought. Eventually, it became evident that we would need to wait until Monday to get outside technical assistance from Chevrolet to resolve the problem with the car. Ronnie offered us a loaner car, but we refused because my husband had his car. Ronnie promised to resolve the issue early this week (not later than Tuesday, 11/23/21). We decided to cancel our appointment at home and leave the car to be updated and repaired at the dealership. Ronnie updated me on Monday 11/22/21 and Tuesday (twice) 11/23/21. My car was repaired and updated by Wednesday morning (11/24/21). My experience with the service department (notably Ronnie Clark and the technician who spent countless hours troubleshooting my car) is beyond words. I am sure your dealership services numerous vehicles every day. Ronnie made me feel as though I was the only customer you have. He genuinely made me feel as though my vehicle was just as important to him as it is to me and that his number one priority was to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and dealership experience. Please extend to him and the technician(s) who worked on my car my sincerest appreciation for a job exceptionally well done! It was well worth the hours we spent driving back to retrieve my vehicle.
