I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. I trusted them with a $400 dress and they repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises. Avoid this place at all costs

One of my favorite attendees is an older bright Red haired lady, I can't remember her name, but I call her D. She's always moving, but in between will stop to say hello, share a story, or a smile, and make the time pass a little faster. The lady took down my information (name and phone number) and handed me a ticket for pickup. For pickup, I handed her my ticket and she gave me my shirt in a protective plastic. The shirt was cleaned and pressed with no signs of the oil stains left. 1 shirt is $3.50. I always test the waters for dry cleaners with a simple white shirt - I can't wait to see what they do with my more expensive clothing. NOTE: There is a $5 minimum charge on all credit card payments. So it's better to bring cash!
