They scheduled me for today March 25th which is the only day off I have from work I might add (tuesdays), and I drove an hour and a half to get to my appointment only to be told again that they wouldnt see me simply because I didnt confirm my appointment verbally with them. I thought I confirmed my appointment when I called and was forcefully rescheduled for today? Even more infuriating is the fact that I literally called last thursday to confirm my appointment date with them which was another verbal confirmation that I provided. But because I didnt answer their call the day before (because I work a 10 hr shift at a call center) they cancel my appointment that Ive been waiting three weeks for? What is the purpose of even having an appointment if you're not going to honor it? Needless to say, I won't be wasting my time coming back if this is how they treat their patients. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a dental office and its quite obvious they only care about lining their pockets with this type of practice because after sharing my experience several others I know had similar experiences with this company. Too bad too because I was prepared to drop a few grand on some badly needed dental implants but I absolutely will not be giving my hard earned money to people who are that inconsiderate. I had explained I am a full time student, part time worker and have a family to take care of, but I guess that did not matter. My concerned mother called their office about this and she was treated terribly. The people on the phone even raised their voice at her for using the word "honey". This is unacceptable especially in what's supposed to be a friendly close knit community. I already have terrible anxiety about the dentist to begin with and this has just made it worse, honestly. If they will treat me like that before making it to the office, makes me wonder how they will treat me in the chair. I can't comment on the actual dental care, it could be good or it could be bad but, what I can comment on is their customer service and it is bad. I can not recommend this for a person who has a life outside that dental office or someone that has anxiety about the dentist.

Went to Beacon Hill and had two fillings done. Both were done very poorly. The machine to harden…read morethe filling material was known to be malfunctioning and they used it anyway, that filling failed. Had to go back because of pain. They fixed it and after it was no longer hurting, I realized the other filling was bad and was hurting. I went back and they seriously told me they couldn't see me for 2 WEEKS! I am supposed to be in pain for 2 weeks because they screwed up the work they did? Now I have to pay another dentist to fix their screw up! This office should be ashamed or better yet, just shut down. They charged me, screwed up the job then said I had to suffer from their malpractice for 2 weeks. IT would be funny if I wasn't in pain.
