I was visiting Martin County, Beauty, Kentucky from California for my husband's aunt 90th birthday party. Early into my stay, I started having issues with my "braces wire." It was loose and digging into my gum. My attempts to fix it was futile; resulting in me googling orthodontic services. I called Keaton Orthodontics and Lisa answered. She advised she would need to discuss my situation with Dr. Keaton. He agreed to see me and quickly identified the problem. Then advised his dental technician how to take care of it. Once they were finished, I walked to the front desk and Dr. Keaton was waiting for me. I asked "what's the damage," and he replied, "there's no charge." I was shocked and thankful.
