Each time I call the receptionist runs interference to any call and no call back, So I can assume that they SAY THEY CARE but in fact they do NOT, They would most likely care more about their animals being treated than a SEVERELY disabled young man with seizures and distonia that can not walk, talk, crawl or feed himself as we have to do everything for him and THIS PRACTICE does not even have the courtesy just to say NO, I hope they can sleep at night cause SPECIAL NEEDS children and adults have a sit at the right hand of GOD, and GOD will remember folks like them

Not one person in this office was patient with my child or went to any lengths to make her feel comfortable or safe. The DDS wanted to move too quickly and in the end I felt pressured by all of them. He recommended extracting 4 teeth to make room for those coming in, and I trusted him when he said the roots of the baby teeth were small and they would come right out. Those baby teeth had roots on them that were bigger and longer than he said. It was traumatic for my daughter to have them pulled and for me to watch it be done. When I think about this visit, I am still in awe that the staff was as impatient and rude as they were. I am still trying to find an excellent pediatric dentist for my child; it has not been an easy task. Be careful if you take your children to this office and make sure they are giving you the best treatment possible!

The dental assistants are friendly and very understanding, my eldest needed a tooth pulled and was very scared and they sang with her and held her hand, Dr Clark did everything he could do to be quick and efficient with the procedure. My girls (10 & 12 yrs) are excited to go twice a year!
