This spot is the first time I've ever seen a hotel offer free access to a washer and dryer. That in itself is worth a star to me. I don't ever remember seeing this and it's hugely appreciated for people that are on lengthy road trips. The hotel was the most reasonable priced in the area and we were a little apprehensive before arriving, but the place has been very clean and well maintained. The room is huge and it offers a full-sized fridge, a stove top, a microwave, a sink, and a large bathroom with closet space. The food choices nearby are huge. It appears as though this place is just a few miles from several higher end spots and if you're looking to use a Grubhub type service, you'll have a nice selection. My food was delivered without utensils, but this place is furnished with metal utensils And several bowls, plates, spatulas, etc. there are also dishrags, towels, and dish soap so the room is well stocked. If you need any snacks, water, or basic items, there's a decent sized gas station right across the parking lot. This place is an extended stay type of hotel. So, for those who do not know this hotel does not have a continental breakfast, and their hotel concierges are gone by midnight. The only thing you have is a security guard at night to open the hotel or take your phone calls. With that said, it is cheap, and it is right off the highway. Perfect for the travelers that do not care where their head lays down at night. We brought our infant with us, and I would say I do not place them on the floor, not the cleanest. Before you judge me and say I am overly picky, let's say you found a syringe on the ground when you placed your child in their pak-n-play. Now am I being too judgy. We were there for three days, I smiled at the cleaning lady every day I was there, she looked right at me, and never even smirked. Having a bad week I guess. The call desk was friendly when I called to let hem know I would be showing up late. The guard was very friendly, as well. However, I cannot get past the syringe on the ground in our room. read more

Just got here yesterday and already I am SUPER impressed. When booking I didn't realize it was an extended stay hotel but glad it is! The kitchen is great to have when you need to refrigerate leftovers and you could even save yourself some money and cook your meals in your room with the pots and pans they provide. Also plates, cups, bowls, you name it. Downstairs in the lobby they have coffee available from 6am to 10pm I believe and it's good coffee! Seattle's best medium roast is my favorite. They also offer flavored creamers which makes my heart Happy haha. The woman at the front desk is super nice and made checking in a breeze. Very glad I chose to stay here! read more

As soon as I walked in the room I knew I would be coming back to this hotel! The rooms are very spacious. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator and flat top cooking surface. The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable and there are full size mirrors outside and inside the bathroom. Check in was fast and friendly. Affordable with plenty of parking and conveniently located right off of the interstate. I have to mention that even though the parking lot was full we barely heard anyone else while in our rooms. We loved our stay at the Ledgestone. For us it was a perfect location right off the thruway. The rooms were so much larger than expected and had a kitchenette with a fridge and everything. The bathroom was also updated and very large and the beds were comfortable and clean. They don't have breakfast here but for the price it is still well worth it especially because they have free laundry and many other perks as well. The people at the front desk were also very nice and taking proper COVID precautions. I would absolutely stay here again. read more

Hands down, probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at in quite some time. This place was so roomy and comfortable. I wish there were more hotels from this company out there. I would totally recommend staying here. For starters, there is a kitchenette, a couch, and a lot of space. I think this is more of an extended stay hotel. We only stayed for the night, but man were we happy that we did. It was probably one of the best night's sleep I've had in awhile. To be fair, I did drive most of the way from our stop the night before to Billings (about 10 hours or so). TV was nice and the bathroom was amazing. I pretty much enjoyed everything about this room. The room was super clean too. Nothing felt old or musty or anything like that. It all felt fresh. The service people were also really awesome in that they were willing to accommodate us. My travel buddy is unable to do stairs well and requested a room on the ground floor for ease of access. They also provided us with anything and everything that we needed, which wasn't much since the room was so well equipped as is. I definitely recommend staying here for any reason what-so-ever. You need a place to stay in Billings either for overnight or the week, here you go. Just everyone, enjoy this wonderful place. I was approved for emergency housing assistance with the state of Mt and this is the only hotel in Billings that takes this assistance. On Saturday I had an issue with my toilet, I got up in the morning and used it not knowing it wasn't flushing properly, and not fully awake either... So 2 hours later when I got up I had water all over the bathroom floor... I called the desk and asked for something to clean up my mess... And didn't know doing this was going to cause me to lose my place to live... My housing gives me assistance for 3 months at a time... Their genius clerk told me I had to have done this intentionally by flushing my toilet over and over... Can anyone tell me why a person would do that? He and I took 40 minutes to clean up my water mess... And I thought all was ok... Until he knocked on my door to tell me he had to call the manager on a Saturday to tell her I had intentionally flooded my room... I had 2 hours to be out of their hotel... I am now living in my car outside my work... If your hotel that's gonna offer rental assistance I think there needs to be guidelines... Like I'm renting from you... And not on a motel basis... When the state pays for 3 months... I signed a month to month lease with them... But she some how believes this desk clerk .. I'm the one that had the experience I have no reason to lie... I don't care what has happened in the past, I'm trying to tell you what happened to me on Saturday and you have done something terribly illegal for renting on a month to month... I should have been given 3 days to figure something out.. Legally.... So stear clear of this place... She tends to kick out her state paid guests when she needs rooms for cash paying ones her rates just went up... I'm not the first person that's been thrown out for next to no reason.... read more

Stayed two nights and got a good rate, it looked really new. Liked the little kitchen and general look of room, very clean. Staff was friendly and the free laundry was a plus! One of the downsides was that it was extremely noisy, especially at night for some reason. Could hear people come and go, slam doors, talk in hallway, knock on doors, etc. Since we were on the 2nd floor we could hear someone stomping around on the 3rd floor above us. Not sure why it was so loud, but the walls were paper thin! I could here a toddler stomping around, screaming, as well as the Mom yelling about 1AM. Not fun! Would have rated it 3 stars if it weren't for the noise issue. Not sure if I'd come back due to how loud and disruptive it was, which is sad because all other aspects were good. read more

We planned to fly into Billings, MT in August 2017 to go to Yellowstone, but we experienced weather issues and ended up choosing to fly into Salt Lake City instead of delaying our vacation. I had booked a night here but we were unable to get there on time. I called to see what could be done about our reservation and spoke to an employee named Gavin. He was immensely helpful, checking with his manager to see if I had to pay any fees to cancel, or pay full price since it was within 24 hours. Since the eclipse was coming up, I believe they were able to sell out all of their rooms and did not charge me anything. Gavin called me back to let me know about this and left me a message explaining, since I was already on my flight to Salt Lake. Excellent customer service. read more

I initially was interested in the $69 opening deal advertised on yelp, but when I arrived, the regular price was close enough that I didn't even bother asking. The staff was friendly and my room had more amenities than I expected. At first the bed didn't seem very comfortable, but I was able to sleep just fine when I turned in for the night. Totally exceeded my expectations. I couldn't find much online review wise, but got a good deal so we stopped there on our way to Washington. It was so nice!! Nice size room, huge bathroom, pull out couch (which we didn't need but nice for someone who does). Kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat. I actually was tempted to stay an extra night. Best part- the bed was SO comfortable and so were the pillows. Oh also it was the first hotel I've seen that you can actually look at the TV guide like Comcast and pick what to watch. A fairly new hotel with great rates. Free laundry, fitness center, wi-fi, and coffee or tea. Close to the highway too. The hotel staff is really friendly. The manager Jennifer is really helpful and sweet. My only complaint would be with the housekeeping staff, they were supposed to clean once a week but we waited 10 days at one point. This is our 2nd time staying a week here. We were here the 1st few months they were open. Both years the staff has been super friendly, rooms are clean, spacious and always smell good. The parking lot is well lit and in a great place. We will always stay here every visit. I book as far in advance as I can to get a room here. Very nice, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well kept. The motel is fairly new and is for one night or extended stay. Rooms have a kitchenette,and stove top. Dishes and silverware, which they clean. Free laundry, with 5 or 6 washers and 8 dryers, if I remember right, but a good number of machines, that are clean and whole ares is inviting. It would be understandable if we showed up at 10 pm or later, but we arrived at 7 pm. There is no excuse. Don't trust this place! It is so bad I looked for a hide a bed in the couch. I was then lulled to sleep by the hoedown going on upstairs. Either they were heavy walkers or the floor is thin. So not too bad. This hotel is new - 1st one in Montana. The staff is very new. And clueless. It's an "extended stay" hotel, but they have no idea about their requirements or proceedures for extended stay For example: (1) "manager" had me sign a legal contract "promise to stay" 30 days after i'd already stayed here 30 days and she illegally backdated it, (2) manager she also promised NOT to charge my credit card but she did anyway without informing me despite our agreement that I'd be using my husbands funds, not caring whatsoever that I had to pay a full months' interest on charges I did NOT want (3) promised me before I made reservations that each room had ethernet (there is none) (4) promised me before I made reservations that each room had closed captioning (there are none). If you come here - expect loud noise, an unsecure wireless (they never change the password), and very loud neighbors due to paper thin walls, and no closed captions (TV volume is HIGH). iF you come here, get any promises made to you in writing - as very poor communication, and even worse management (complete with lies) are sure to follow. Location is also horrid, with no restaurants or grocery nearby (except for mcD's and BurgerKing, which pedal chemicals, not food). Nice to have new rooms, but the landscaping and residual construction is very loud and disruptful (also not told to me before reservations made). Nice to have wash/dry machines that are "free", but if they were regularly cleaned of others' trash (leftover clothes, full dryler lint screen, crayons/pens in dryer inking clothes ) that would be better so I didn't destroy my clothes in this "free" service. Perhaps when the staff stop lying, and are honest with their customers, this will one day be a quality service hotel. read more

I love staying here! I used to have to drive into Billings for doctors appointments and I always stayed here because the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I have a service animal and they always made sure that I was directly next to the elevator to make it easier when having to unload my stuff and when I had to take her outside. Usually, I can't stand being next to the elevator because of all the noise but it doesn't even reach us. We can rarely even hear the outside traffic either. The rooms have always been clean and I am always glad when I'm coming to stay here. The staff even goes out of their way to get to know you and to try to accommodate to your habits. If you like to sleep in they'll clean your room last (if u want it cleaned) n if your like me then they know to just leave ur room alone unless you ask for housekeeping. Definitely a great place if your going to be staying in Billings for a while for work or anything else. read more

I can't say enough about this hotel. They offer every possible convenience, most free of charge. They have a coffee station with fresh coffee, tea and creamers available 24/7. An immaculate and FREE laundry room, complete with all new machines and a TV to pass the time, Free wi-fi in the rooms, a good sized Vizio flat screen TV, plenty of electrical outlets to charge electronics, A window that actually OPENS to let in fresh air, extremely comfortable beds with a down comforter wrapped top and bottom with sheets, and an amazing amount of well thought through storage. There's a fully equipped kitchen, with a full sized refrigerator, two burner cook top and microwave, The Staff are all extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I walked by a recently vacated room and saw the cleaning staff washing every part of the cabinets, including the tops, as part of their regular cleaning routine. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room is on the first floor and I never, not ever, hear doors closing in the hallways or people overhead. As a reference, we just left a 3 month stay at an impeccable Four Points Sheraton and can attest to the fact that this hotel is equally as comfortable and our stay as enjoyable.
