First Jim and Dave gave him a Kia Sinada, not even a week of driving the car completely broke. I was driving my grandfather home, and all of a sudden the gas pedal did not work. In that moment the fuckin breaks wouldn't work, it completely died on us. The second car they gave us is working alright at the moment. My grandfather on August 3rd of this month, my grandfather went in because WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 12:00 SCEDUALDED. I didn't end up going because I wasn't feeling well. They've lied to my grandfather's face about they appointment because I wasn't there. THEY HARRASSED HIM BECAUSE I WASN'T THERE TO STOP THEM!!!They were supposed to put 3 tires on my grandfather's car and an oil sensor. If they didn't lie about that part, but they did end up putting the tires on but totally fucked him over on the sensor. They have poor communication issues, and very untrustworthy, they genuinely lie about their cars and services. I've had nothing but sexual harassment from them.... INFRONT OF MY GRANDFATHER!!!! DAVE- "Sit on Jim's lap" genuinely do not go here FOR ANYTHING!!! They will lie about car problems, money, time. Dave my grandmother used to do YOUR MOTHER'S Hair in the home, she's very disappointed in you. They called us around 2pm that day and fixed it all up. Mind you this was all right after a snow storm and they were busy AND down one mechanic this day. But they still did it. The battery melted. It cost $107. While it was getting fixed we walked to the Sweater Venture and the Cannoli spot. If your car breaks down in this area take it to L&M!!!!!!!
