It was coded incorrectly, and I asked them to resubmit to insurance with the correct code. They ignored me. But I'm complaining about this particular office. I understood that they couldn't see me, but they didn't have to be so rude about it. The person actually closed the window on me. I didn't raise my voice or use any inappropriate language. I was just expressing my frustration with the company.

We tried to find another insurance company, which we did, but unfortunately, it was not one of her "providers". That forced us to have to pick another primary doctor for our girls that year. Well, the next year, Devoe's "provider" was available once again and affordable so we tried to make an appointment, what happens? We got declined bc she was "offended" by our decision. This location is a joke. Scheduled a 3PM appointment with Dr. Kluchin. I provided all of the…read morerequested information in their online portal days before the appointment. Got to the clinic on time, checked in, and had to re-provide everything because the woman at the front counter couldn't figure out how to pull my chart/appointment. After waiting 15+ minutes a nurse finally came to take my temperature/weight/blood pressure. I then waited nearly 2 additional hours before going outside to ask the women at the front desk to reschedule as I still haven't seen my doctor by 5PM when I had an appointment scheduled for 3PM. They laughed and admitted that doctor is "never on time" and "probably forgot about you and may not even be at the clinic anymore". So I wasted 2 hours sitting in a medical clinic waiting for a doctor that didn't even meet with me, exposing me to potential COVID patients for TWO hours for nothing. Then I received a "summary email" from today's consultation as if I actually met with a doctor. I don't know if they are billing my insurance or not, but this location is a joke. I never even met with my doctor but I received an email summarizing my meeting with my doctor?!? This place is a fraudulent, disorganized, unprofessional joke... Reporting this location to Ochscner and Blue Cross Insurance immediately.
