They do a great job with gel nails. However, I went in for regular nail polish as the summer is coming to an end and they charged me for removing the gel nail, and for the mani/pedi which doesn't take any more time and cost alot more than having the gels redone. Wife went in to get simple design for Christmas nails, the simple nails she received were all different lengths, crooked and off. she went back same day to get them replaced and repaired, not even a day later the nails were already breaking and falling off due to being brittle and not well done. The employees were Rude and disrespectful. Not worth $80 we paid. read more

My friend and I made two acrylic appointments both at 1:30, mine started on time and I was given kind service to start but terrible quality nails. The French tips are all uneven, messy, with little hairs and air bubbles stuck in them. My cuticles looked cut and worse than when I walked in but I still offered to pay full price because I didn't want to be rude. My friends nails were a full set and they didn't start her until I was completely done. After seeing the shaping and thickness we knew we needed to leave. After telling them we ran out of time (it was now 3:45) they argued back and forth with us over needing to pay full price for her unfinished and bad looking "full set" and charged us $135 for nails we hate and need redone/finished. Usually I go in and get the dip powder over my natural nails, but this month is my birthday so I wanted tips with the hybrid gel. Mind you, this set is a week old. Its durable and mesmerizing, I've gotten so many compliments already and the woman that did them said it was her first time using the hybrid polish so I think she knocked it out of the park. read more

Wish I could select ZERO stars. Went in asking for my 3 weeks old acrylic full set to be removed. They insisted that they were too new to take off and that I needed a fill (which they charged me $45 for...). I got the WORST manicure I have ever gotten- he proceeded to trim them shorter when I said to keep the length and the paint was extremely splotchy and lumpy. Two weeks later I went to a different salon in Corvallis and they examined my nails and found MOLD under the acrylic due to the poor manicure and lack of cleaning done in my previous manicure at this salon. I just went in for a full set of acrylics with gel polish. I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment, but they were super kind and started on me right away. The lady who works there did my nails and she is amazing. I've never had an experience like this at any other salon. She talked with me the whole time it felt like my best-friend was doing my nails. I wish I could have gotten her name because she deserves so much credit for my experience. Now even though I was late, she still took her time making sure my nails turned out perfect, and got it done in a good amount of time as well. I have no crooked nails, no bumps, and no chips or issues. The price is super easy to understand and she makes it worth the money 100%. She definitely has my business and I am so glad to have someone to go to regularly. If you're looking for a nail artist and technician to go to on a regular basis, she's a great candidate. Initially I wasn't sure about this place after reading the back and forth reviews. I finally decided to take a chance because I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I called ahead and they were able to get me in right away. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how clean, bright and friendly the salon was. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They showed me to my pedicure chair, they handed me their laminated menu of options and offered me a beverage. I was really quite impressed within the first few minutes of my arrival. I travel for work so I'm constantly looking for new places to try, constantly reading reviews, just always on the look out for good places wherever I'm at. Well, being that I'm new around this area, I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did! I went in for a pedicure and walked out with an additional manicure because I just enjoyed the staff and salon so much. EVERYTHING IS CLEAN! The whole salon is organized. Again, the staff was kind and we had such great conversation. Their variety of colors and options was great! They had exactly the color I was looking for and my pedicure came out SO GOOD! Um....my wife and I went in (with appointments) My pedicure was ok (far from great) but the lady doing my wife's only did about half of what we paid for. My wife had also made an appointment for a set of acrylic nails but they kept taking walk in people and moving them to the front of the line. After waiting for quite a while we just left and she got her nails done at another place. It seems that they just want more and more business without caring about their customers. I have gone here and requested a shellac or gel manicure here on about 5 occasions. I have never received the same service nor have I been charged the same price. I make sure to say "manicure" but have received everything from a polish change (the first time I was charged for a polish change, the second time I only received a polish change, I was charged $20) to a full manicure. Another commenter mentioned the owner's children are in the store. They are very young, preschool and elementary age. I understand this is a family business, their high school aged daughter works there as well. However, the young children are very distracting. I'm not against children, but when I'm paying for a service, I do not expect the person to be constantly pulled away to tend to their young children. If you are going to go there, be prepared to not get the service you requested. The last time I was in, I requested a manicure and the male owner did nothing more than remove my polish, file my nails, and apply new polish. Normally. I would have argued at paying $20, but as he was already in a foul mood, I did not feel like arguing with him. I was already on the fence about whether I would go there again and the last visit was enough for me to decide that I will never go there again. read more

I love getting my nails done by Jenny. II first tried Lebanon Nails 15 years ago when the opened. From time to time I've gone to other salons to save the drive to Lebanon (I live in Albany). I'm always disappointed and quickly return to Jenny. You may have to wait or leave and come back. Relax and give yourself lots of time - it's worth the wait. read more

I used to like coming here. But today I had stopped in to get a fill, and my word... the new older lady is crazy... and I never write reviews like this, but it needs to be spread around to avoid her!! I could tell it wasn't going to be a good time when she just started touching my nails and she lost control of the electric file.. but I let it go. She lost control again. Then she cut me. I pulled away a little. And then cut me again... and finally I said OW! And she said "you need to relax. I keep cutting you because you're not relaxed... stop looking as I file. You'll relax if you look away" no lady... learn to keep control of the file!! I could tell she was talking about me after that and then she had the owner finish the job for her. Probably to see how "unrelaxed" I was will not be returning until the older lady no longer works here. It would have been fine if she just apologized but instead made it my fault and was rude. read more

The service has really went downhill. The children are always making ruckus, running through the salon, skateboarding (yes, inside) or fighting.
