"OOPS". I tried numerous times to get the situation resolved with the owner, to no avail. He stated in our last conversation he would cut a cheque and mail it to me ASAP. That was 4 months ago and still no cheque. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. POOR SERVICE AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Gentle Giant delivered a washer/dryer set I had purchased at Rona. They called a day ahead to say…read morethey'd be at my place between 11:00 and 2:00 PM the next day. On the next day, they called at 11:00 to say they'd be over in 15-20 minutes, which they were. Once here, they were presented with a too-narrow doorway but solved the problem with no damage to walls or the door. The washer and dryer were hooked up professionally, with advice to me on a couple extra things I should do to ensure they operate efficiently. These gentlemen were friendly, polite and excellent at their job. I highly recommend them!
