Sadly, my leather couch and leather chair did not fair well against their razor sharp teeth. I had 2 options, buy new or pay to repair it. We had paid quite a bit brand new 10 years ago. Our warranty had expired. The company that we purchased these pieces from still offered the same set...for $2500 more than we originally paid. My husband and I agreed that if the repair cost under $1000 it would be worth the cost and better for the environment. After a few phonecalls and emails, I was finally able to connect with Leather Solutions Of Chicago. They are kind good people. They are truly worth the wait. Their skill is second to none. I was without furniture for a little over a week. I literally wanted to cry when I saw the repair. You would have never known that I had it repaired. They not only replaced the damaged pieces and restuffed the cushions, they also matched the color of the leather perfectly. We are forever grateful to Rachelle and Fidelino for restoring our beloved couch and chair.

Despite Eugene Aronov promising us repeatedly the couch would be in great condition and would last for a very long time with yearly upkeep and cleaning, the couch has begun to fall apart in less than one week. 1--The quote--We were quoted one price upon pick up of our couch, upon delivery we were given a much higher price (roughly 25% higher). The three employees refused to leave our house until the higher priced invoice was paid, despite repeated protests. 2--Deposit payment--Eugene requested we write our check to another company, All Citi Group, for deposit and final payment. I know this happens from time to time, companies use a trade name, business name, etc. But when I researched All Citi Group, it turns out they are not in good standing with the state of Illinois and therefore likely cannot be transacting business in the state (clearly I found this out after everything was finished). 3--The repair--Our couch was in pretty bad shape, some of the leather needed replaced, other portions needed reconditioned, a few seat backs needed resewing, the balance of the couch was to be dyed to match and be uniform. We knew the task would take awhile and require a fair amount of work. 4--The results--Photos are attached. The leather was replaced with faux leather. The sewing was subpar, as one of the photos shows stitches coming loose already. The leather was not dyed, but rather painted with some sort of cheap leather paint. It looked good when it arrived, within 2 days, the paint was rubbing off. 5--The response--Unfortunately despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have not received a single reply from this Eugene Aronov or this group as a whole. I wanted to wait a few days to post this, in case someone were to get back to me and we could clear this all up rather easily. But, it appears that result is of no interest to Sureway.

We moved into our home and noticed one of the cabinet doors was warped and the face was cracked/ peeling. We were in a tough spot because if we could not repair this one door, then all of the cabinets would have to be replaced. The previous owners must have cheaply remodeled with discontinued cabinets. Everywhere we called and asked we were told we could not get a replacement door because our cabinets were no longer in existence. I called the Refinishing Touch and after speaking with Wendy I felt confident that they could do the job. They originally tried getting me a door and the profile did not match ( remember cabinets have been discontinued). I am a perfectionist and could not settle for anything, but a perfect match. They could tell I was not pleased and decided to go in a different direction by repairing the old one. They want to have a satisfied customer. They will work with you until your happy and in my opinion I think this is what good customer service is. My cabinet door looks brand new and perfect. I could not ask for more. I would go back in a heartbeat!!!!! I wish I kept the before picture of the door because it was warped, discolored and cracked. The first company I went to even destroyed it further. Refinishing Touch reveneered the door and viola. I am a happy customer.

Never said "sorry," and was only full of excuses. Wendy wasn't even going to give any compensation for extremely late and poor work (she eventually gave us a very, very small discount and was very rude about it). We have to fix parts of our chairs where pieces are now missing. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. UPDATE---My husband told me I was being "too nice" in my review because he had a worse experience with her. Thank you so much, Wendy, for your public apology with no additional compensation or PERSONAL apology. Very heartfelt. Way to right your wrong.
