(keep that in mind, it's supposed to be "better") We had a great check in with a woman who's name I don't remember, but this was winter of 2024, she was heavily pregnant, but so delightful and attentive. However that's where our great experience goes there. After checking in the room was not up to standards and my standards is far from high. They had construction going on and when my son stepped outside with us, he had a nail go straight through his shoe and into his foot. I reported this to best western main line and that the construction workers were pouring paint down the rain drains. (like the ones outside for out rain water) The next day we switched to the one in Seabrook as we were staying multiple days. (And LOVE BW in Seabrook) Also the "heated" pool in Hampton, was so cold it was not worth the swim. We asked if the heater was on and they said tomorrow they would do so as it would take hours to heat. (So, why would you not start it now.) However this leads me to the best western in Seabrook which we switched to the next day bc we had multiple day stay, where everyone in Seabrook BW was kind attentive and the whole place was clean not just the room. We have stayed so many times that I'm a platinum member and the pool is always warm, the staff always friendly and never leave me waiting for towels or anything! TY to Donna, Imran, Kathy and Marlin at seabrook BW! I wish I knew all the cleaning staffs names, but ALL was amazing and never have I had a bad experience here! This is the place to stay for comfort, peace and relaxation!! My kids refer to the one in Hampton as the Best Western "NEGATIVE ", when we drive by!
