We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

The Pretty Lady is 12 years old this time around and I was nervous to put a Senior Seniorita under anesthesia, but she was well taken care of and didn't even skip a meal during her recovery days. The front desk ladies called to check up with me before and after the surgery and were kind and professional each time. I don't get that much these days from most clinics, animal or human, so I appreciated that. They even emailed me the lab results I requested for my own records without any delay or runaround. The tech (Iris?) who helped during intake and lab draws was kind and professional as well and helped calm my Poofball outside of her safety zone. The stealthy, 4-legged manager making office rounds, Kimba, was quick to address Sassy's grievances of being at the wrong house with a few deadpan blinks. Dr. Quest answered all my (Nervous Cat-Nelly) concerns and put me at ease before, during, and after the surgery. She treated me and my Void with care and I never felt left in the dark or rushed during our times together. Dr. Quest has a big heart and does everything she can for the well-being of my Floofybutt. My only star rate-ding, which is not under the control of staff, is from the ever increasing cost of services. I think we all know how that goes and where it ultimately originates from. She was…read more13 years old and experiencing some behavioral problems over the years as well as some discomfort that she had. The compassion that that Dr. Quest and all of the technicians had were incredible. I had been to another vet prior to this visit and they wouldn't even see my cat because of how scared and anxious she was and she would lash out a lot with strangers. But the vet and techs at this Cat Hospital Of Orlando are "fear free" and are fully trained to handle cats with behavioral problems. They were very calm and sympathetic, and it was exactly what we needed to help our baby in the last few months of her life. She lived her best months thanks to the care and medicine they were able to provide. Thank you all.

My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats.
