Now our youngest attends in the twos class and she looks forward to school every day. We love the low staff turnover, the music and spanish programs, the outdoor play space, and the emphasis on play-based learning focused on responsibility and social-emotional development, without sacrificing academic and classroom expectations, taught by certified teachers with combined decades of experience. This school is a gem!

Our oldest daughter started at 2 years old, and is now in kindergarten here, our youngest started in 2s as well, and is now in 3s. Everyday they LOVE to go, and it makes me feel comfortable leaving them in a place they genuinely love, with people that LOVE them too. It is a smaller school, and therefore you really get to know other parents and teachers. They communicate well, and use an app to send pictures throughout the day! They also offer aftercare program in case you have to work later (my kids don't want to leave aftercare). They have so much fun with learning, and spend ample time outside in the beautiful playground and covered, turfed area, oh, and a wonderful garden! I cannot say enough about the teachers and the staff, they are just true angels in earth, and we are so blessed and thankful for them. It has been a beautiful thing that they have gotten to teach two of our children, and we have made some lifelong friendships here.

While the building and supplies provided are great it is truly the staff that makes it special. Mrs. Leti and Ms. Brianna have been absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff that work with them. As a first time mom they have truly helped me get my child on a schedule, supported her though health challenges and just overall are incrediable humans. They model how I want my child to act and I feel they truly love my child like their own. We would not be as far as we are in milestones without them. They are patient and kind and I feel like they are my village for my child, I could not be happier!

It was beyond unsatisfactory, it was unsafe. I am a first time mother and there are now flags that I will never miss again. For one, this claims to be a Montessori based program in philosophy, but there are bouncers in the room. Infant room usage of containers was excessive. I received photos of my child in a bouncer regularly and was a bit confused by this as we don't ever use them at home. What I later found was that my child was having difficulty sleeping on site and the team were allowing him to sleep in the bouncer because he refused otherwise. Odd given that he has never slept in one at home. The overuse of Boppy pillows with incorrect and unsafe body positioning was alarming; I received a photo while my child was sliding down it and crying. My child came home with one of the worst rashes he has ever had, red inflamed blotchy skin from front to back. Come to find out chatting with other parents this was a concern shared with their team. The teachers will allay your concerns and say no worries and they'll change the baby every hour, but there seems to be communication breakdowns between morning and afternoon staff. Our final straw was safe sleep and bottle propping. I shared concerns with the director of me directly observing my son being placed to sleep on his stomach and that a child had milk spilling down her face while bottle was propped as she was in a boppy pillow. Not much changed. Around the same time licensing came in and per their report (which is public!) the inspector observed 5 different infants put to sleep on their bellies. My impression became after this inspection my sons teacher blamed me for this inspection as she told another parent it was due to parent complaint, taking zero responsibility for the fact the entire infant team nearly was engaging in UNSAFE and DANGEROUS sleep practices. I understand mistakes. I do not understand team culture disregarding what major organizations and trainings provided state. Infants can die from that. It is beyond ridiculous to even behave in a passive aggressive fashion towards a parent for this concern but also to try to lie when the information is public. The pressure to grow and add more children is showing on these educators and caregivers. Slow down, sunrise. The care has gone from what years ago folks were thrilled about to turning into worse than a major daycare corp.

The prior school lacked transparency both by not allowing us to go inside and by not communicating important things like teacher changes, ratio issues, curriculum in the class room and on and on. Primrose is a dream! The owner Jerry is there everyday and is extremely involved in the day to day operations to make sure parents and children are happy. The director Liz always has a smile on her face and willing to help in any way shape or form she can! They aren't the most affordable option in brushy creek but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. they pay their teachers the best so they end up with the best quality out there. They also have a director of curriculum and other operational specific staff. This means the school runs like a well oiled machine. Things I love about this place: 1. My 14 month old son has a young toddler specific safe playscape that they go out to twice daily. He LOVES the outdoors and climbing all over the place with friends! 2. Teachers are qualified and super sweet 3. Friday family memo goes out every week which includes weekly school activities (dress up days, celebrations etc, school calendar) 4. The chef is fantastic and my kids love the food she makes! 5. Low turnover. Director and owner know everyone both parents and kids by first name 6. Daily app explains what food they ate pictures, curriculum etc. 7. my children love going there! My daughter recently started kinder and though we like not having a daycare bill we really miss the insights and pictures and summaries of activities throughout the day. This place is a major gem in brushy creek/round rock! We are so thankful we moved out kids to Primrose!

So you won't get any of your concerns properly heard or addressed. I never had such bad experience or felt abused/ignored with any Daycare/School in the past as I felt with TLE Georgetown. I had to send my daughter there because of the proximity from where I live. But I would say driving a lit longer and have your kids in a safe school with management/owner who sincerely value their customers is well invested and worth it. That being said, still I am giving that place one star while it deserves none, only because of Catarina, the admission coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever.

Aside from learning to read and do math at his young age, he is also expanding his social skills. The teacher he has is one of the best preschool teachers that I have encountered. She makes sure there's a good balance between working hard and playing hard. At first I saw it as normal toddler boy stuff, playing hard in all but it escalated quickly. I came to pick up my son one day, he had a large scratch on his neck. I asked the teacher what happened and she said he fell on the rocks while at the playground which didn't make sense to me. The next morning I asked the lady up front if she could find out what happened for me and she said she would. When I arrived for pick up that day the lady I asked that morning said she didn't find out what happened then turned to the lady who seemed really confused about what I was asking and asked if she saw what happened (she wasn't even on the playground where it took place) she stuttered and eventually told me that he had done it to himself which I knew wasn't true because my son never did anything like that before. (Still has not to this day) I decided that day to start really taking note of any marks or incidents. He began to refuse school which he used to always be excited for which I thought was odd but people would tell me it's normal. The following week a child attacked my son scratching him all over his face and arms. Nobody seemed to really know what happened, the child was suspended. As soon as the child returned 5 days later he attacked my son again, biting him in the face, I was not notified until his teacher showed up later in the day and once again no one seemed to know what happened and there were conflicting stories. That day I decided we would not be returning in the best interest of my child's safety and mental wellbeing. Be wary of this place. Very sad and disappointed it turned out the way it did.

Yes, me and you both know what was said in the messages in the app? And? The point is Emerson waited Monday THE WEEK of spring break to send me a message after 5 o'clock on brightwheel app to tell me my child couldn't attend until 12. No communication. Every time school was out, my child was there before 12. Nobody ever said anything about it then? How I'm supposed to know it's different just because it's spring break? Mind you Our FIRST time ever being there for spring break! Did any teachers/admins reiterate this to me then? Y'all waited the week of through an app to communicate this. A simple phone call would've been a lot more understanding on BOTH ends because in my mind I'm thinking it's something I forgot to do with the WORKFORCE! I can't speak on Tuesday because I didn't drop her off, soo, irrelevant! Now mind you when I came and picked up my daughter Wednesday! (Day 3 into spring break) after just dropping her off. I went in as my norm, got my child and grabbed the few diapers that were there, and her blanket? So what? I was obviously needing to make different arrangements for her for the rest of that week? Stormed out? Stacy Please! You NOR blanca were present. Picking up or dropping off to be exact! Blanca was in the back every time I walked in, so relax. What did I need to say to who? It was a teacher there that I've never had encounter with? Thursday and Friday my child didn't attend? So what? All cause of what you ASSUMED? That's what you told me yesterday over the phone after I had to contact you to see what tf what was going on! THAT was my whole deal! Hell yea I have an issue with YOU! Again you are unprofessional af and your communication sucks! Then you say you called the workforce and mighty funny how they still had my daughter enrolled at Emerson, so what workforce you call hunny? I have receipts on when I, MYSELF, ended care with Emerson. Then went and voided the parent fee in the app lol... just conniving and sneaky af! &PLEASEEEEEE tell me what teacher/admin have I been disrespectful to other than YOU? And this was AFTER the fact! Please tell me what threats I've made? You are extra AF lady. This journey will be a great one because one monkey didn't stop a show. God bless you! & We can go review for review..
