The director Sam only cares about money. She pays hard working employees 9 dollars an hour ! She pays employees with their 90 hours and all their certifications with college degree around 10 dollars. She will hire someone for two days, make them go to the doctors and spend money on a physical , get fingerprinted, and get a notary at the bank. This will cost you around 100 dollars. She will tell you that you a great worker and than Face book message you two days later and tell you that she doesn't need you anymore because her other employees need more hours!! What kind of professional tells people over Facebook messenger that they are no longer needed . Her staff is also just ok. Not friendly towards new employees. Some of the employees raise their voice way too much at the children . She's not all there when you have a conversation with her . She forgets right away what you talked about with her the next day. She will put up Facebook status about how she has open positions for children, but then ignore them because she picks and chooses her favorites! She will also put up Facebook status about how she is hiring all the time, which is never good because that means there must be a high turn over rate . I would never recommend this daycare. read more
