I cant say enough good things about Quala Care. The curriculum, the structure, everything is…read moreamazing and I always feel like my kids are super safe. In particular Ms. Tina goes above and beyond for me. I dont have facebook (FB) and other than the office sending an email or the teachers putting a message on the app, all communication about (for example) spirit week, holidays, birthdays, etc. is done via FB. But Ms. Tina takes her time to text me every single message. She also checks in if she feels my son is having an off day. Her kindness has made me and my kids feel very special. Of course Ms. Danielle is also wonderful and always so kind and Ms. Jayla has even been to some of the kids birthday- she truly loves kids- so they are all amazing. They give birthday gifts, holidays gifts, etc. that THEY PURCHASE. Above and beyond. Ms. Iku and Ms. Bow are also wonderful to my daughter, though i dont have the same interactions. Ill just say they are very sweet. I dont know the other staff names, but as they run your kids back to class or up from class they are always kind. I love the security of the locked main door to get into all of the classrooms as well and the app that we utilize. Only using FB could be considered a negative to some (there are times I wish maybe there was more signage or emails sent but they also recently put up a board that they write things on which helps) but with staff like Ms. Tina it really doesnt bother me. Thank you Quala Care :)

I posted the same review in a military page as we are a military family that used a military subsidy. There were so many responses from other families going through the same issues. While the Primeron can reply to my review saying they've "strengthened and improved their communication" it is apparent from hearing from other families they haven't. Responses to Yelp reviews are purely for their image as admin at the Primeron does not respond nearly as fast or as professional to attending families.

I've noticed a few negative reviews here from frustrated parents, which is unfortunate. While I…read morecan't speak to every individual situation, I do want to share that our experience at Primeron has been one of the VERY BEST we could have ever hoped for. In particular, the director, Kaela, has been responsive, approachable, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with families. She has taken the time to listen to concerns, make herself available when needed, and even helped establish a parent partnership group (similar to a PTO), which has been a meaningful way for families to stay engaged and connected. Like any organization, occasional issues may arise, but in our experience, the leadership team has handled matters professionally and with care. Some concerns (such as those related to voucher programs) may be tied to broader administrative systems rather than the on-site leadership. I have great relationships with many family members, and have never had issues making my payments, via the Daycare Family Works app. We can tell that Kaela and the leadership team prioritize and value family partnerships: this is why they have connected parents together through family days, created summer camps, spirit weeks, and a parent partnership group. I plan to be a part of the Primeron family until my child ages out! Overall, we feel supported, valued, and confident in the care our child receives. We appreciate the dedication of the staff and leadership team and are grateful to be part of this community.

Sometimes she surprises me with how much she knows, because even though my husband I teach things at home and reinforce everything from daycare, we haven't taught her nearly as much as she has learned at A+. She is always clean, always smells good, always happy and well taken care of while at daycare. The environment is safe and an amazing place for your child. Ms. Johnson is extremely professional and personable - and funny! My family is blessed to have found this Center, and my husband I say that to each other at least once a week.

Warning to parents about school's Hickory Ridge campus: On several occasions when our child was in…read morethe care of a classroom aide, particularly when the lead teacher was absent, our child came home visibly upset--this was unusual given how typically happy and loving our child is. Our child would often share concerning incidents involving the aide, such as being unfairly singled out, including having food taken away. The most alarming moment came when the aide told our child, "don't tell mommy and daddy" about something that happened, which caused fear and hesitation in sharing further. When we reported these issues to the administration, they dismissed our concerns and defended the aide's actions. After consulting both a pediatrician and a childhood psychologist, they both flagged the aide's behavior as a serious concern and advised us to remove our child from the school. Despite this, the school has yet to address the incident and continues to support and employ the aide. While there are wonderful teachers at this school, the administration's defense of harmful practices leads us to advise against enrolling your child here.

The Learning Ladder is a great facility/daycare to place your child in. From the moment that you…read morewalk in the door the smell of cleanliness just get's you and when it comes to choosing a daycare for me personally the initial smell is what grabs me just because you are a daycare doesn't mean you need to smell like one. Then it was meeting the owner. The welcome from her was very warm and welcoming, from the moment you walk through the doors everyone is speaking saying good morning/afternoon. The walk-through of the facility was amazing one there is an area for each age group with there own play areas. The infants are in there own room. The three year old's are not to cross over into the 2 year old's area anyone who isn't dedicated to that group also isn't allowed due to making sure everything being sanitized due to not spreading germs across. The daycare also prides it self on assisting your little one with potty training that they have installed tiny toilets for your little ones. Then there is the Large play area in the back for before and after care children where they can be dropped off by van service and picked up before and after school and get assists with homework( Love It) Affordable too. The children are also apart of a nutritious food program which I love. Then last the tuition is so affordable that you really can't complain I am a single mother of 4 and if I can make the payments then it is a great price but what I love is that they are willing to work with you if you are unable to make payment. The children are in uniform they are in a classroom setting getting them prepared for school early, but what you know what puts the icing on the cake is that your child is being taught by a teacher an actual teacher so not your average daycare focused on learning and not just play all day. Since my son has being going here. He can count to 20 he knows all his colors , shapes and he is (Reading) and he is only 3. If you are looking for a place to put your baby I say please put them at the Learning Ladder when your child comes home everyday happy saying they've had a great day and all he/she can talk about is the staff and taking things out your home for them then it's a great place.
