This person got in front of me on 213 and everything was all good until from the driver side window I see this large amount of liquid come flying out. Flying out right and onto my car. So that got me feeling not too great. Then 2 miles up the road he's in front of me again and PROCEEDS TO HAWK A LOUGEE out his window. And you guessed it ... all over my hood. Now I'm not sure if the first incident was a drink or a lougee but not sure if I want to know. I know the second time it definitely was as I saw him throw his head back. Just didn't feel great have my car spit on my way home from work. I believe it is common sense to have decent courtesy on the highway and not spit and or toss a drink (still not sure but it was a lot of liquid) out your window when someone is right behind you. Maybe their cleanup is great but I wouldn't drive behind them.

John managed the entire process, start to finish, including the estimate, dumpsters, demo crew, tools, haul away, you name it. If a demolition job can be called "white glove", this was it. John is an excellent communicator and informed me about the job, progress, and challenges every step of the way. Ghost's price was very competitive and despite it being a larger job than I think either of us had imagined, he stuck to his quote and his timeline. To me, that says integrity. The greatest value to me was the time saved. John and the Ghost crew put me weeks, if not months, ahead of schedule with the job they did. Couldn't be more pleased with the results and would hire them back again in a second.

He received 2 calls from an unknown number at about 11:45am. No message was left. When they didn't show I reached out to them via messaging at almost 4. I got a call back and they said they called, but couldn't reach my husband and that they were no longer coming. After I hung up, I texted him that I would be leaving a yelp review and he texted me back "How about we do the job for free next weekend and no yelp review?" Obviously, that didn't work out for him.

I needed to get someone who knows how to fix a car hesitating to start and the rear rotors were his idea and never my priority. I'd like to put that money towards the hesitating issue. It's my call not his. And so he's keeping my money including all his up charges and the pads were $10 with front brake rotors purchase but he still charged me the full amount. The issue came on pickup... Apparently the container was overloaded and the driver Just dumped the extra trash off the top of the load without ever making a phone call or email from the office stating I needed to correct the problem and they would reschedule the pick up. I sent an email explaining the problem to Katy the office manager and received a phone call from Dave Schiebel the owner the next morning. When I spoke to Dave and asked why there was still trash in my driveway, he informed me that "his is a high paced business and drivers have no time" there are also "very small profit margins" and "there were safety concerns about the load and didn't want to kill anyone on the highway". What I don't understand is why they didn't tarp the load or tell me I needed to fix the problem before they picked up the container. Instead they just dumped trash in my driveway... Dave Schiebel never offered an apology or to clean up my driveway. He said it was my problem to fix. Sorry to say that there are many more projects and my friends with projects that will not be using his service. Pictures attached...
