I love that they're always upgrading the equipment and adding new things to the gym. It's very clean and well kept. I love the owners too! There are always weight loss challenges to keep us motivated! Coaches are always following up with us and make sure we're on the right track. It's my home away from home.

$300 dollar order cancelled on 10/14. On 10/15 it showed up as withdrawn from my account. 10/15 I…read morecalled and said "hey!" The guy told me, "no problem, I'll get that order cancelled, it'll be refunded in 3 to 5 days." Cool. Next up, also on 10/15 an email arrives saying the order is on it's way! So I call back. "Oops, I'm sorry, I'll process that to be intercepted and then your money will be returned within 3-5 days. Ok, not great but ok. October 20th the order is intercepted and returned to Take Shape for Life. It arrives in their care on Monday 10/24. Refund will be processed within three to five days. Grr. Thursday 10/27 no refund. Called again. Told it was processed should be there. Friday 10/28: Nothing. Saturday 10/29 called again. Will definitely be there Monday 10/31. Nothing Called Again Tuesday 11/1 "It was processed last night, check with your bank." Bank has no record of Take Shape for Life except for the debit to the account.. Called again this morning spoke to "supervisor" Mark who told me that it was processed LAST night. How could it be processed LAST night if it was processed on the 1st, the 31st, the 27th, and the 26th? Mark then said he would fax me a receipt showing that it was processed. He did not do so. I'm now holding on the phone with another person telling me they can't fax me a receipt! Terrible business practices. I do refunds to customers everyday it's a five minute process and doesn't take 3-5 days 5 times. The staff at Take Shape for Life simply blame everyone else in the organization and nobody knows what to do or they aren't "authorized" to process refunds. Then I said "I really need my damn refund" I get "Well sir, if you're going to swear at me I'll have to hang up" . "Damn"? Well, sorry to offend you admitted liars! This girl flat out admitted that the record shows I was lied to at least three times and apologized for the "misinformation". Now, while the diet itself brings results, maybe we should talk about the pyramid scheme perpetrated by the company and it's "coaches". How much it actually cost versus how much everybody in the chain leading to the top pays and makes? There's a lot of questionable things going on with Take Shape for Life. Beginning with the pyramid and ending with the entirely incompetent staff that you will encounter on the phone. It's been another half an hour since the second person said they faxed this alleged receipt. Not here. Not pending. Bank? No refund, nothing pending. This is a total sham operation and you'd be foolish to provide them with your business. Of course they are going to delete this post and ban me from the page but, they can't stop it from appearing on Yelp and other review sites so, whatever. Take Shape for Life is either in the business of employing complete incompetents or outright theft. I'll let the Consumer Protection Agency here check into that.

This place is an absolute joke and complete waste of time and they give zero fks about you, your time, and your injuries. I've had to do several rounds of physical therapy and never was it so incredibly difficult to get scheduled. I moved out here a few years ago and have a work-related injury and the doctor found this place as it was close to my home. I always went to Vibrant Care before and had great providers with flexible scheduling and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. At this place you are just a number and oh well if you don't know all their secret internal policies that make you confirm the appointment you already confirmed LOL!!!!
