It's a little further from me, but I can take some time to work on my health once in a while. I love how you can just drop in whenever during business hours and start working out. Never asked if I had any health issues that might need to be considered in a work out (which I do). Never offered any advice or assistance during the workout unless I specifically asked, and even then the input was the bare minimum. I would never go back. I have now joined a different gym where they did a health assessment, and the trainers are right there guiding me, recommending which weights are appropriate for me, and giving feedback in real time.

It worked every muscle of my body and I definitely needed it. Our instructor was super sweet, she knew it was my first time and first Pilates class and would come around and fix my form because I definitely needed it. I believe she was the owner based on my conversation with the staff downstairs. It's on 2nd street so depending on what time you go, parking could be a hassle. I went at the 5:30 class and I was able to park at the car wash next door. I really enjoyed this class and the owner and staff was super attentive and sweet. I look forward to returning!
