The first time we used them was in 2021 when we had a pipe leak under the concrete deck of our pool to our plumbed-in slide. They had to remove part of our pool deck, remove the pea gravel and repair the leak before pouring fresh concrete. We have not had an issue there since. This year, we noticed that we were losing water in our pool at a rapid rate and couldn't figure out why. Chris came out and not only found a small hole in our liner, but found out our pump wasn't functioning properly and that was the main source of the leak. A small patch and gasket replacement later, we were back in business. Chis was responsible, reliable and friendly. I think when you have a pool and not a ton of knowledge, it can be easy to get taken advantage of. The integrity that Chris and his company has shown, speaks for itself.
