I had quotes from 5 different plumbers and Repipe Specialists not only had the lowest quote, but…read morethey also handled all the extras, thus saving me from having to find an electrician (to install grounding rods to my electrical panel, since they were getting rid of the old galvanized pipe to which everything had been grounded. I did have to pay $500 extra for this work, but it was still less expensive than if I'd hired my own electrician -- I checked!) I also needed drywall patching where holes had to be drilled to secure the PEX pipe in my basement ceiling, and they had contacts to have that done as well, although I elected to go with my handyman to do the work. Also, what impressed me was their professionalism. Alvin walked me through every little thing that needed to be done and answered several questions I had. In fact, I thought of additional questions later and called him a couple of times, and within the hour he would return my call and answer my questions. After the grounding rods were hooked up, a team from True Blue Plumbing was contracted to do the work, and they are an excellent company! They came out within the week and finished the job in one day! The city inspector passed everything, although there was a problem with my old kitchen faucet. I called True Blue Plumbing and they came out the next day and installed a new faucet for me without charging me for the extra labor. All in all, I am very pleased and I would recommend Repipe Specialists for anyone who needs their house repiped.

Was so efficient kind and efficient to identify the problem. Once my asbestos test came back negative ( after 3weeks) Daniel returned and got to work. My house is always a challenge when it comes to repairs. This repair was behind my cabinets as well as under the house. I was anxious about the whole thing but Daniel was excellent at explaining and letting me know what was next and showing me the " why". Pipeline came to me as a reference from my usual go to plumbing company, as sunset had all their technician's out. Pipeline works as a sister company to sunset/henco. Pipeline will be the guys I call. My only concern is, I know the importance of paying attention to detail while you are deep in a project. I could hear Danielle's work phone notifying him constantly of the next job and the constant interruption of his work from the dispatchers to try and get him moving to the next job was a bit offputting. Employees can only do a great job if they're left to do it. I'd like to extend my personal thanks to Danielle for his time, professionalism and kindness.
