Don't waste your time or money on this company. The gutters seem like a decent product, but the installation was horrible. I have had to have them out at least 5 times since install. They weren't pitched right, not enough downspouts, debris building up in them, bird's nest in the gutter, water running off the gutter (not even going into the gutter) and the fit and finish just looks cheap. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! As others have said, the sales pitch where they come to your house is extremely high pressure! I Hage to admit, we got suckered into these gutters for just a touch over $10K. Bad on us, I know, but I hope to help others not make the same mistake as I did. Oh, and surprise surprise, the gutters are absolutely crap. I think it was the install techs first day on the job during my install. They left very sharp sheet metal clippings all over my house in addition to about a hundred screws scattered all over, just begging to be out into the tire if my car. They cut the down spouts length wrong and also left tools that they had to return to retrieve when I called them to come clear an obstruction on my gutter. That's part of thw guarantee, they'll come out and clean your gutters for you if they get clogged. That's great! Except the gutters are clogged after every other rain or so and the water just pours over the top of the gutters onto the ground. Terrible company with shady high-pressure sales tactics, over-priced bad product, and bad employees. Save your money and take a vacation instead. read more

I had a similar experience to the other two reviewers. It was like buying a car. Check with the boss ("Mr. Giordano") over the phone, come down in price. I had booked two hours for this, and I finally got him to leave after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not the way I want to do business. Also, the quote was about 3X the others I had received. I'm not convinced that the product works the way they say it does either. Most of the top surface is closed. I would think that there would be more run off than they say. read more

Thank goodness I was there for the meeting between my 84 year old mother and these clowns. The salesman went through his presentation which was supposed to last 90 minutes. After his opening quote of $12,900 for 118' of STRAIGHT gutter and 4 downspouts on a ranch house he got on the phone with his fake boss. My mother refused each offer for 20+ minutes of this fake phone call. The last offer being $8500 which was also refused. After the phone call BS failed this salesman still wouldn't leave and was 20-25 minutes past his promised time. The next contractor's salesman patiently waited outside. I told the Leaf Guard loser to leave SEVERAL TIMES since we were not making a decision on the first sales pitch. HIGH PRESSURE -- "sign today" or the price goes up after they leave. Eventually my mother left the kitchen, went in her bedroom and closed the door. I told him to leave a printed quote and get out. No quote was left for us. I couldn't imagine how they could have done a worse job. I had my own business that included sales. I wouldn't / couldn't ever treat people like that. I gave my price, left my quote if not immediately accepted, I left and waited for the customer's approval. My quotes were good for 30 days. Leaf Guard quotes are SIGN NOW OR THE QUOTE IS NO GOOD. I'm so happy I was there to protect my elderly mother against this constant attack by these "players". The product didn't seem like a bad system. It's possible she may have signed for the $8500 if there wasn't 45-60 minutes of BS and high pressure. She didn't need gutters anyways. We went with Leaf Filter which has the same no clog warranty for $4200. Still very expensive to keep the gutters clean. But more reasonable and a night and day difference in the sales technique. If you need to call these guys be prepared to play salesman games for 2+ hours. Certainly don't take their first offer.... or the 5th..... maybe around 7th or tenth. read more

Had them out for an estimate. After doing the whole sales pitch, which I get is part of the process so I patiently waited, I was quoted $15,000 for new gutter system on my 2250 square foot split level house. The negotiating process was ridiculous with the seller on the phone with a pretend person lowering the cost gradually $500 at a time. Got down to $9500 however they could not leave any type of written estimate with me nor e-mail it to me so I could discuss with the other home owner. I asked to speak to the fictional character on the other end of the phone and was told I'm not allowed to. So I asked for his number which I could not be given either since this mysterious man on the other end of the phone doesn't exist. Finally kicked the guy out of the house when he started putting me down for not going with their superior product when I never said no just wanted to make an informed decision on my own timeline. I was actually impressed by the product but not by their sales tactic that I was not allowed to get other estimates, discuss with spouse, or sign a day later. It was all or nothing and super sketchy how they do business. Wouldn't trust them to give you a fair price at all. read more
