Had Sales rep come out stayed long time talking about product and quite knowledgeable. then came quote for 3000 sq ft 2 story home over $11,000.00 this not covering new gutters just putting leaf guard and cleaning! When I was a bit shocked, she said let me make a call. Estimate went down to $9,100.00 told her I had to think about it, when I told her we were just going to get company to clean gutters only she got upset saying "Oh wow dang that was fast wish you had told me I would have helped you out. oh well good luck. I guess that's what happens when you are nice and try and help someone out. Really! I had someone from Leaf Filter call next day with a quote for $5704.00! Had she quoted that I would have signed right there! After that I think any future business transactions with this company is a NO! read more

We had them come talk to us, give us a quote...The guy was extremely nice, and was very prompt, knowledgeable, and processed us within a half hour... The guys came to our home, installed, and cleaned up... Very professional, and fast. Good for life, and all repairs free. Woot woo, no more 50 ft. ladders up on the roof, and when your surrounded by trees, no more gutter cleaning, hallelujah! read more

A representative came to our home, explained the product/process to us very thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. While the product is expensive, we were able to get the price down a bit, so don't hesitate to ask for a lower cost. The install occurred within 3 days of the presentation, which was impressive, and was done well. The only (small) issue we had was that we were told that during the clean out of our existing gutters they would use a bucket and put all of the leaves there. The guys threw the leaves on the ground in piles and weren't planning to pick them up. When they were all done and ready to leave, I asked about the leaves, and they apologized and removed everything. Other than that, install was flawless. read more

Horrific sales person belittled my elderly mother when she mentioned she needed to discuss it with me. His presentation was too loud, but otherwise okay. When Mom mentioned "I just need to discuss this with my daughter" he immediately acted like a spoiled child, said some very ugly statements, gathered and left without even saying goodbye. My Mom was so upset and I had to explain to her, that her "saleman" was a village idiot and couldn't sell water in Hell. The funny part was, he had the sale before he arrived - he lost the sale bc once he had any "resistance" his true colors came out. I'm calling the company but this is my first review. Beware!!! No Lifetime warrant! I had my LeafFilter gutter guards installed late 2018. They have been out three times previously same 2 locations overflow since installation. I called for the third time today and I was informed there is a $95 service fee after one year. read more

Called at 3 to check on appointment and was told I had no appointment. Asked to talk to supervisor and all they would do is take my number. Tried to call direct to Knoxville office and got no answer. What good is a lifetime warranty if you can't get service? Do you think I regret my purchase? read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! of dealing with this group. I found a screw in my tire after the install process. I checked my driveway and found a screw in the same location the installer was parking. I found one on the steps under the gutter work area. The tire could not be replaced per the people that installed the tire because it was in the sidewall. I called the sale rep who asked me to send pics and copy of the invoice for a new tire. I did right away. He called me back to say they would cover the cost per the operations manager. After not receiving reimbursement for 60 days i called to check up. I had to submit the same pictures and copy of invoice again. I received a call back and they said it was not their screw in the tire. The head of screw had been worn some but the screw head is the same size and same design as the ones i found in the driveway and on my steps. If can't trust a company who weasels out of a $100.00 charge for an issue that was created by their installer, In my experience you can't trust the company. On Value, the original quote was twice the final agreed upon price. So they are way over priced so if you want to do business with this company you should low ball anything they throw at you. Oh, you might want to check the screws they use to install the leaf filter, they say they only use stainless steel which should be rust free. I have placed one in a saltwater solution since i don't believe anything they say. The lack of professionalism speaks for itself in the review. Punctuality and Responsiveness- Not at all. They sat on the issue thinking i would let it go.....maybe not. Quality is yet to be determined. No way! Had new gutters installed including "leaffilter gutter protection". Shortly after, one downspout fell off house and was laying in driveway. Another downspout was repaired before it fell off too, and although company was informed repairman told us third still needs repair, NO ONE has come to correct installation. That said, those weren't even our biggest issue with them, which follows: About a week after the gutters were installed we got a heavy rain. Basement totally flooded. Prior to installation we did use to get a SMALL amount of water in basement (~ 5 ft circle) and were told it was because our gutters were too small (4", needed 6') prompting our buying gutters for whole house. HOWEVER, nothing like we were getting now. it was horrible. They sent a guy out. I KNEW what little we use to get and informed him this "Lake" we get now was because of their installation. They totally blew us off, claimed it was coming through basement cracks, etc.. After leaffilter clown left, and leaffilter telling us we were on our own, claiming they didn't cause it i found out IT WAS CAUSED BY THEIR INSTALLATION!!! They installed a down spout above roof of garage from our upper level. The installation provided a place to catch branches, leaves, etc. which backed up water rushing down garage roof which entered inside the cinder-block wall of garage/dining room on into the basement where it exited onto the basement floor. A heavy rain was like a garden hose straight to basement, and literally flooded the whole 1200 sf.. I can understand a problem being created after an installation. I can understand having a difficult time believing that much water was caused by the installation. But when the customer KNOWS something didn't use to happen and now it does, I don't understand a company not finding out. i think if I had just been an old lady with no knowledge or capabilities to explore what was going on, that thanks to leaf filter I would just be living with a flooded basement every time it rained all due to their installation. I wouldn't recommend them to change my garden hose. read more

This business would not give me a quote unless I had a husband was present. When I challenged them on this practice, they defended it. They just lost my business, since I have no husband. Sexist and inappropriate in 2019. Do not recommend. read more
