I do not have a green thumb and I…read moreknow nothing about plants, at all...that being said, everyone I met with until Carlos just seemed to want to charge me obscene amounts of money to simply draw up a plan. Carlos walked my property with me, making note of each and every plant, potential pros and cons (attracts mosquitos which eat me alive and he saw that). He is truly the most genuine person I've met in a long time. He takes great pride in his love of horticulture and it absolutely radiates through him. He suggested I come down to his nursery and walk with him, voicing when I really liked colors/heights/etc., all the while asking me if there were certain things I'd like to see or smell. I mean, I just couldn't believe how thoughtful and considerate he was. When he came back to me to me with our plan, I just told him to do whatever he wanted because I trusted him that much. I'm biased, but I feel I have the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood, mostly because it was created from a love of the beauty of plants. I AM FOREVER THANKFUL FOR THE MORNING BEFORE WORK THAT CARLOS CAME TO MEET ME! I cannot imagine working with anyone else. He's changed how I feel about my home every time I pull into the driveway or look out any window. Thank you, Carlos.

Even an email confirmation of the order would be helpful. Having said that, where else can you order a small yard of landscaping on Saturday night and have it delivered and installed by Tuesday afternoon?? Crazy!!

The owner pays attention to her yelp reviews one by one but doesn't have the decency to acknowledge potential customers. Not to mention she tells ppl to reach out (damn well knowing she doesn't care enough to bother). There is clearly something wrong with society today and it comes down to basic respect. If it's not given, why would anyone expect special treatment? If I drive from Texas, will I simply make a u turn?
