I appreciated how everyone I dealt with was calm, courteous, and knew their business. I spoke to Ross on the phone at first, and he was great to coordinate with, especially since we had a couple of scheduling issues. Steve was the plumber who came out to take a look at our shower issue, and he was on time, and very professional. He let me know what we were looking at price-wise, and although it was a little steeper than I expected, the work they did was good. You should know that their service call price is $49. That's on the lower end in my experience, but they don't waive it if the work is more, it's added to your bill. That said, I talked to another plumber in the area whose service call price was $250 (bananas), so it's all relative.
