I drove to their new location (not the address listed on the Yelp page, but on Trousdale,) after not being able to reach them by phone for two days. I didn't want to drive all the way over there only to discover that they weren't in. I was met by a very nice young man whose name I don't remember (I meant to, because he was very nice and helpful.) He came out to my car to get the empty oxygen tanks and to bring me out replacements. This contact with them was very good. I'll keep everyone posted on how it goes from here.

I've never, ever dealt with such low-energy imbeciles in my life. It wouldn't be quite so bad if I were reviewing a restaurant or car dealer...but CPAP machines are lifesaving equipment for some of us (including me), and their lackadaisical, lazy, incompetent and unresponsive approach to this business is incomprehensible to me. For my part, I'm switching companies, and I don't even care if the new company accepts my insurance. I'll gladly pay for better service.
