### Outstanding Customer Service from Karen and Scott…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with National Seating and Mobility, especially working with Karen and Scott. Karen has always been absolutely amazing and pleasant to work with. She is incredibly customer-focused and genuinely committed to helping me get my wheelchair back and functioning as quickly as possible. She worked with me throughout the entire process, helped get all the necessary paperwork completed with my healthcare provider, coordinated the delivery of the parts, and helped get a technician scheduled to complete the work. When Scott came out, he was courteous, professional, and eager to help. He quickly diagnosed and took care of several issues with my chair. The sling had become severely sagged and screws had come out, which was causing problems with circulation in my legs. The casters were also almost locked up, and I needed new wheels/tires. Scott got everything squared away quickly and even replaced the seat back. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Karen and Scott both went above and beyond to make sure my wheelchair was repaired properly and that I could get back to using it safely and comfortably. **Thank you to Karen, Scott, and the National Seating and Mobility team for the excellent service. I will definitely continue using them for my wheelchair needs and highly recommend them to others.**

My wife called Verus beforehand to check on how much CPAP supplies would cost. She asked the Verus…read moresales person to call our insurer to check on the deductible, copay, etc... The Verus person called back and said that Verus is "in-network" and that we would only have to pay around $40 for the equipment. Well, fast forward a few weeks and we get a bill from Verus for over $220. We checked with our insurer and it turns out that while we have met our "in-network" deductible, we still have a large "out of network" deductible. AND... Verus is out of network with our insurer. So my wife calls Verus, gets a 1st line representative who can't help, but who, after much badgering, allows my wife to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, who it turns out works for AdaptHealth (which owns Verus), is very nice and finds in their records that their sales rep documented a $110 estimated cost for equipment after the earlier phone call with my wife. a few minutes on hold, the supervisor comes back and tells my wife that they will charge us $100 for the equipment. We take that small win and decide to use Sleepquest next time, as they are in-network with our insurer and it would have only cost us $20 for the same equipment.

Got no answer for 12 minutes. Was asked by their robot if I wanted a call back. I agreed. After 12 minutes, phone rang and the person who answered said she would transfer me to the "right department," We'll, getting to the right department took 6 minutes and that person said I needed to get to a scheduler, which she was not. SO ANOTHER TRANSFER. Took 17 minutes to get an answer and she said she could not schedule my delivery until I was on vacation, now 20 days after my doctors orders. When I mentioned my vacation and that we needed to go into September, she said her calendar was not updated that far out. This whole affair was a joke. I guess they don't care because they get paid by Medicare no matter how bad their service. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
