We sat waiting for 10-15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment. No one asked our names, no one explained the delay, and no one checked us in. I observed the owner, Alex, leisurely chatting and then slowly rearranging papers at his desk as if we weren't even there. He seemed in no rush to help. Finally, I decided to leave and said, "I'm going to go." I told him who I was. Only then did he look over and offer a quick apology. I walked out, but came back in to tell him directly, "That was awful." My husband later called, and the owner claimed it was a misunderstanding--that I had supposedly rescheduled the appointment. That was a lie. I never rescheduled. This experience was deeply unprofessional and disappointing. We came in ready to learn more about their program, but instead left with the impression that our time--and our child--were not valued. If this is how new families are treated, I cannot imagine entrusting my child's education to this facility.
