We really were impressed with Dennis! The quote was less than HALF of the "other guy"! The crew arrived on time, blew in enough insulation to give us an R-60 rating, and cleaned up after themselves. Charles took pictures of the area to show that the leak was where I thought it was. It was even recommended, but not pushed, to get another area replaced and explained why it would be a good idea. I ended up getting the other area replaced and I am glad I did -- just for peace of mind. I really like speaking with someone who is not a 'pushy' salesperson. I originally had WGMB out to add insulation to my attic to stop heat loss. Needless to say that…read moredid not stop the heatloss. I had them come out a second time and they added more insulation because I was still losing heat through my roof. The second time did not fix the issue and I've contacted them a third time and after a a prolonged period of time they sent somebody out to look at it. They "found" and area that had no insulation and claimed that is why I am still losing heat through my attic. The issue is that there service tech promised each time it was fixed. Now it is two weeks removed since they came out and I am still not closer to getting my issue resolved. I would have given a one star, but we used them for windows before and they did a good job
